This luxury, eclectic apartment is 10 minutes walk from the train station and city centre (CV1 3TT). It's on the 2nd floor of an office block with views over the surrounding neighbourhood. There is a Lounge/Diner, well-equiped kitchen, breakfast bar, sofa-bed, compact bedroom, shower room & balcony with city views.
Please be aware that there is normal city noise to be expected during the week and at weekend there are local bars and nightclubs.
We're ideally located within walking distance of the city centre and all it has to offer. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and the bus station is about 25 minutes away. For those with lots of luggage they're a short cab ride!
Access to the apartments is at the rear of the building (accessed at the end of Junction Street, which is off Hertford Place).
The property is self-contained on the second floor of an office block. There is NO lift. The apartment has a compact double bedroom with open shelves and storage facilities. There is a large and spacious open plan kitchen/lounge with a breakfast bar and sofa bed. There is also a balcony over looking the surrounding neighbourhood - ideal for those balmy evenings accompanied by a glass of wine or chilled beer!

We offer self check in for the property. Although we are on hand should we be needed and sometime we like to offer a meet and greet service as well.
The surrounding area is a mix of offices, residential and student accommodation. There are plenty of take aways, restaurants and a small convenience store in the near vicinity. The Albany theatre, Ikea and the Sky Dome (ice rink) is all within walking distance and a short stroll takes you into the heart of the city centre with all it's shops, restaurants and places of interest.
There are many places to visit within walking distance. Other than that public transport and taxis are in abundance. The train station is about a 10 minute walk away and the bus station about 25 minute walk. Or hop in a cab and be there in a few short minutes (depending on traffic and time of day).
Other Things to Note:
The property is on the second floor and there is no lift. Be aware that there are stairs to climb.
The property is in the city centre and access is at the end of a cul-de-sac. The other properties in the street include a Centre for the Deaf, the rear entrance of a restaurant, and a dis-used night club. There are also several student blocks nearby.
