The house of service:
The house is fully independent. The owner does not live on site.
The house offers many free services: pleasure, sport, technology, culture, comfort, no problem babies, board games, pets, cuisine and fishing services are included in the rental rate.

8. Pets services
Dogs and cats (af all size)are also welcome (bowls and food available on arrival in the storing room and cat litter). Thanks to the walled ground, they can have a safe stay. Beyond 4 animals or if particular animals, please contact us before writing the contract.
9. Cuisine and gastronomy services
In the house, there is everything to cook. Ideas: many cookbooks (Larousse Gastronomique, recipes of regional chefs and other cookbooks). Equipment, utensils, quality food processor (Magimix), large capacity pressure cooker, 11 l steam cooker (Magimix), juicer, small food processors, raclette machine, electrical crêpe machine, etc. Everything to serve and enjoy food: platter for seafood and lot of crockery.
If you want to eat outside, in the region, there are many good quality restaurants including a starred restaurant (one “toque” in the Michelin Guide: La Marine) which is very convivial and Le Phenix in Porbail.

If you already chose our property and you want a fast booking: we can provide you with a personalised contract since the first contact if you included with your request:
- The composition of your family or group members (adults, children and babies). Please specify their ages so that we can prepare the property (baby service and bike size).
- Your postal address
- A mobile phone number
- Specify if you want the cleaning option (+120€)
- If so, please specify what type of animal you have (please indicate the breed so that we can adapt the welcome ration).
Arrival and departure hours. The house is fully independent. The owner does not live nearby. You can fully enjoy the accommodation without any proximity annoyance. Of course this also implies (as in any social relationship) commitment from both parties (the guest and the owner or its representative) and respect of arrival and departure hours defined in the contract.
For weekly rentals, arrivals is on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. and departures at 10:00 a.m.
Both parties must get organised to respect it.
If you want other hours (while choosing proper hours), please inform us so that we draw up a new contract.
Under all circumstances, weekly arrivals on Saturday are not possible before 5:00 p.m. and departures are not possible after 10:00 a.m.
Booking request (see conditions in the fast booking section) made more than 1 month before the beginning of your stay:
1. We send the personalised contract by email (from the owner to the guest)
2. Booking by return post with 25% deposit (from the guest to the owner)
3. Booking is confirmed by post (from the owner to the guest)
4. 1 month before arrival: balance, holiday insurance certificate and security deposit (€ 990) by post (from the guest to the owner).
The € 990 security deposit is to be paid with the balance 1 month before arrival.
Common charges are included in the rate: 100 kWh of electricity per week, 4 m² of water per week and 120 l of wood per week. Extra consumptions will be charged. The common charges include habitual consumption (except heating) for a family or a group. However, you should make sure you can pay extra costs in case of extra consumption or heating (electricity and/or wood) according to the seasons and habits of everyone.
We spent a lot of time detailing our advertisements so that guests have as much information as possible on the property to rent, the region of the Cotentin, terms and conditions of the contract and booking policy.
Our advertisements are very well detailed. Please take note of it before making a booking. If you are not satisfied with our terms and conditions, it is useless to waste your time and our time by making a booking request. The cleaning (+120€) is optional and not compulsory
Note on cleaning service
If you don’t choose it, you must leave the house in the same conditions as it was upon arrival. If you choose it, then you don’t have to do the final cleaning but this doesn’t exclude you to take care of the house. The cleaning option includes a normal cleaning for a normal use.
The cleaning option
The price of the cleaning option can not be included in the booking requests. If you want the cleaning option (120 €, see conditions on the specimen of the contract), please specify it in your request for information or reservation). The cleaning option must be payed separately one month before the entry.
Many shops 150 m: tobacconist’s/newsagent, bar and 2 restaurants including a crêperie.
In the village (2 km): all shops and medical services (doctors, nurses and pharmacy).

In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded.
