About Callie Stevens
Larry and Callie Stevens have been married for over 20 years. Larry grew up in Fort Worth very close to the home he now owns. Callie spent her younger years in Arlington. They both love the friendliness of Fort Worth and are proud to own a home in such a beautiful, convenient setting. The Stevens are both self employed in different aspects of the real estate industry.
Callie Stevens purchased this Bungalow in 2015
Why Callie Stevens chose North Hi Mount
After planning several family gatherings in the area, the Stevens knew they needed their own home in this part of Fort Worth. With close proximity to shopping and many attractions, the home offers either a comfortable getaway or a perfect staging area for an activity filled vacation.
What makes this Bungalow unique
We love the feel of our home. One would assume from the large porch, complete with a swing, that this home is a classic example of a 20" Bungalow. But entering the front door, you get it is 1923 on the outside, 2016 on the inside.

Great property. Wonderful location. Well equipped. Only suggestion for improvement would be to not put the HVAC system on a remote setting.
Perfect for the three of us!
House was just as billed. Clean. Convenient. Perfect for the three of us who were in town for a wedding. I was able to walk to downtown for dinner and shopping while they went to a rehearsal dinner.
Fresh and clean great location
The layout of the house is so comfortable and very well stocked. Kitchen was great for cooking in and had everything we needed. Neighborhood is quiet and yard is well maintained and relaxing.
We just loved this house! Super clean, perfect location, very well appointed! A 10/10!!!
Great Fort Worth Weekend with Old Friends
Five old friends were in town from Duluth, St Louis, Raleigh, and Nashville for a sixth old friend's baby shower. This was the perfect property for this trip. It was clean, comfortable, plenty big for the 5 of us and the Fort Worth natives to hang out, and amazingly located. We had a great time relaxing and catching-up and were close to everything fun to do in the city as well. The front and back porch were wonderful places to sit and chat. We would absolutely recommend this property!
The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and very convenient. Our flights got in late Friday night and we were able to pick up some necessary food items less than a block away and have some tacos delivered. On Saturday we decided to walk to a nearby restaurant. Everything else we wanted to do was a less than 15 minute drive.
We've decided to make our get-together a regular occurrence and we would absolutely stay here again when we swing back around to Fort Worth!
Stay here, you won't regret it!
