Well stocked 2 BR 1 BA home with rocking chair front porch
We fell in love with Hendersonville and moved from Atlanta, GA in 2013. We enjoy the slower paced lifestyle, friendly people, wonderful shops and restaurants, and outdoor activities of this beautiful area!
Angie purchased this Cottage in 2015

Peacful and close to everything
Great trip to this cozy cottage for 4 adults. As we wanted, we could walk to anything in this fun little town. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and we were thrilled to accidentally run into many places with great live music. Weather was perfect and we esp enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the front porch as well as a wonderful evening firepit in the fenced in backyard. Thank you!
House was beautiful, decorated gorgeous and very clean. This home was within walking distance of of Main Street and all that it has to offer. Although the home itself was a little bit of a run down part of town I never once felt uncomfortable.
501 First Avenue Cottage
Very easy communication. I added an extra day. Transaction completed quickly. The house provided all of our needs. Kitchen appliances available along with coffee and tea to brew. Dressing room was great when sharing bedrooms with others. Perfect location to get around downtown. Small fans available if needed in bedrooms along with throws for tv watching. Washer/dryer added bonus. We would rent again. It is a charming, well renovated, comfort decorated older home. Loved the glass door knobs.
Easy walking distance to beautiful downtown Hendersonville, with all it's locally-owned shops and restaurants. Downtown is a great place to hang out, with many benches and tables located throughout. Do not miss the donuts at McFarlan Bake Shop!
This cottage is perfect for a couple, or a family up to 4. Angie has provided pretty much everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, and if you don't find something you were looking for, she'll provide that as well. During our stay, the first Rhythm & Brews show of the season was taking place, and Angie provided a couple portable chairs for us to take downtown so we'd have something to sit on. She also dropped off a charcoal chimney, as we were planning on grilling some steaks one night, but we never got to it.
Overall, a great place to stay for the same, or less, than a good quality hotel. We'll definitely stay again.
Mother’s Day Stay
Cute house, clean and welcoming. Beds and bedding comfortable. Photos are accurate. The neighborhood is rather run down, but we felt perfectly safe overnight and walking to the nearby downtown area. Angie was very helpful with suggestions about shopping and restaurants.
Very Cute and Clean
This was a perfect spot for us to stay near downtown Hendersonville. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants.
