This stunning luxury 2 bedroom apartment with huge sounth facing sunny terrace facing golf course T 11 par 5 hole and swimming pool. Apartment has use of golf clubs. There is secure underground parking.

The air conditioning runs from a separate meter and you can purchase cards for 15 euro.

This is a Polaris World resort with 24 hours security controlled access. A lovely top (3rd) floor apartment with main feature of large terrace overlooking golf course and lake,central heating and air conditioning throughout. Lounge dining area with sofa, dining table and chairs, TV with DVD player. Bedroom 1 with a double bed which can be separated to make twin beds, drawer unit, bedside table and lamps, full length wardrobes. Bathroom has bath with over head shower, wash basin, bidet,wc and a heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, drawer unit, with full length wardrobes. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and a washing machine. The property has a terrace with tables and chairs with views of resort. The apartment is tastefully furnished. There are large swimming pools with gardens throughout the resort. Underground garage parking with direct access to apartment. I would prefer that guests do not smoke inside the apartment.

Apartment: Getting to the apartment couldn't be easier. There are several low cost airlines offering cheap flights from various destinations in Europe, Murcia Airport (MJV) is approx 15 mins. Alicante Airport is 60 mins away. Car hire is available at the airport. Directions from the airport can be provided. The Key holder will meet you at resort entrance or airport and take you to the apartment. Towels and spare linen are provided but beach towels are not included. . Bookings can be made by e mail or phone.

Local Area: Murcia City is the capital of this region, it is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city just 20 minutes drive from Hacienda Riquelme - the main sights are its cathedral and architecture.

The Mar Menor (only a 15 minute drive) has miles of sandy beaches. One of these is San Pedro which is a very pretty Spanish beach resort perfect for children. La Manga is only a 45 minute drive .The Resort is an ideal base for those who like cycling and walking with many interesting and scenic routes right on your doorstep. The new RM-1 autovia now links the area with the coast and Murcia city. This gives a quick and easy journey up to the resort. The town of Sucina is only a five minute drive from the resort and is well worth a visit with its many bars and restaurants and take aways. It is a typically spanish town with a very friendly mix of both locals and British residents.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is an 18 hole course, the club house is just 10 minutes walk away where you can book your round and buggy if required. The historic Hacienda has now been fully refurbished and turned into a stunning club house with bar, restaurant, pro shop and large well stocked supermarket. Even if you are not a golfer, sipping a cold beer or glass of wine on the terrace at the Hacienda watching the sun go down over the course and the lake is really something very special and memorable. The old dove cote has also been restored and converted in to a great little bar where you can sit and have a drink whilst waiting for your tee off time. Within 30 minutes of the resort you will find many more top quality courses each with their own independent character and challenges.

Nous avons séjour dans l'appartement pendant 2 semaines entre amis et les points négatifs n'ont fait que de s' accumuler pendant tout ce temps...

- tout d'abord : malgré que l'heure d'arrivée était prévue pour 12h nous avons du attendre 1h 30 sous un soleil de plomb et en harcèlent chaque numéro de téléphone que nous avions pour enfin avoir quelqu'un qui nous ramène les clés de l'appartement (attention donc aux familles avec enfants)

- puis un rapide tour des lieux est fait; la caution récupérée la personne s' en vas. A ce moment là; en voulant ranger nos affaires, nous avons remarqués que le ménage n'était fait que rapidement. La buanderie complètement sale, des produits à moitié renversés partout.

Les sous les lits dans les chambres des montagnes de poussière et des draps jaunes !!!

La terrasse une horreur !! Avec un oiseau mort derrière le canapé.

La vaisselle totalement dégoûtante. ..

Et enfin tout les placards occupés par les affaires du propriétaire... ou mettre nos affaires ?

Bref une arrivée vraiment pas terrible pour un début de vacances

La location est très excentrée de la ville, il faut compter une demi heure pour aller dans la ville la plus proche

Les personnes qui s' occupe de l"appartement ne répondent jamais au téléphone

- enfin est arrivée l'heure du départ nous prenons rendez-vous pour 19h le vendredi, mais malheureusement la personne avait mal enregistré notre rendez-vous c'est donc à 22h30 qu'elle est arrivée !! Partant à 2h le lendemain cela a été difficile pour nous

Bref en résumé aucun entretien n'est donné dans cet appartement, personne n'est joignable et on est loin de tout

These luxurious two bedroom apartments are set on one of the most exclusive golf resorts in Murcia. The properties are south facing so you can benefit from the sunshine all year round. Block 29 is facing Tee 11. A par 5 hole.

Accommodation is set on one level, has marble flooring throughout and is furnished to a very high standard.

There are two double bedrooms, with beds that cam be split into 4 single beds, modern fitted kitchen, and a lounge/diner. Outside there are spacious terrace with stunning views.

Poised to become the most exclusive resort of the east coast, it is definitely a golfers paradise. Surrounded by a fantastic mountainous terrain the setting is stunning. It is also perfect for families and no worry of the stairs if you have young children as there is a lift to the apt. It is just a short drive to the local beach, or head to the salt water lagoon at Mar Menor or if you fancy a bit of culture you can head into Murcia city.

Golf: The apartment is situated within the 18 hole championship quality golf course of The Hacienda Riquelme, which was designed by Jack Nicklaus. It is facing hole number 11. A par 5 hole. You are looking straight at the green.This is an absolutely stunning course and a pure joy to play. The golf club and fully stocked shop offers a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The green fees are around 55 euros for 18 holes. As a resident at Hacienda Riquelme you are entitled to discounted green fees at any of the Polaris World Courses at La Torre, Hacienda, El Valle and Mar Menor. In addition, Polaris offer a variety of special offers (typically a round of golf followed by a meal). There is a shuttle bus running between each Polaris resort but there are also other courses nearby, including the Seve Balesteros designed course, Peraleja, next door.
