It is a bright and spacious penthouse apartment within a charming gated complex with communal swimming pool, gymnasium and club house. Covered allocated parking space is available.

The complex is quiet and friendly with lovely outside pool, gymnasium and club house. The apartment is accessed on the 1st floor, with a lift or staircase. There is a lovely large terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The interior is Air conditioned and comprises of large lounge with sofa beds, HD LCD TV connected to satellite with multiple channels, kitchen/diner is fully fitted with all appliances, utensils, etc. The bathroom has a bath tub with overhead shower and toilet. There is a separate spare toilet as well. The twin bedroom is spacious with twin beds and plenty of wardrobe space, the master bedroom has a king size bed. In both bedrooms there are blackout blinds in a neutral colour to keep the sun out. There is WiFi Internet in the apartment for those who need the ever useful internet.

The apartment complex is approximately 10 minutes drive from Larnaca Airport and 5 minutes from the beach.

  • To enable you to get hot water it is necessary to turn on the pump switch outside the bathroom. The hot water is supplied by the solar powered heating system situated on the roof. I would request that in order to conserve electricity, the additional standby hot water switch is turned off when you are away from the apartment.

Nice appartment. Clean and in good condition. A lot of light. It is a bit out of the way, and a car is a must.

Excellent aparment

Hello everybody from Moscow.

I spent my vacation at this wonderful apartment: big, clean, well-appointed.

The apartment complex is situated on a hill so you can observe the sea in the distance from side and 20 windmills from another.

As I sad the apartment is spacious but the terrace is like a football field. I've never seen such a big terrace before, it's even bigger than my Moscow flat.

There is a communal pool, cleaned every morning, so it's always clean. But it is not a good idea to swim in the pool while there is the sea nearby. (My child doesn't agree with me - the pool is "cooler" than a sea). We rented a car and reach it in 10 minutes.

And it is not overcrowded Larnaka beaches but empty one for us alone.

I recommend this apartment for everybody who tired of noisy big cities and just wants to relax.

Schönes Apartment, riesen Terasse

Waren von Mitte bis Ende März in dieser schönen Wohnung. Buchungsverlauf war reibungslos. Alles sauber und zweckmässig. Pool wurde oft gereinigt, war aber noch zu kalt. Vom Küchenfenster Blick auf's Meer. Von der grossen, immer sonnigen Terasse seitlcher Blick zum Dorf, einen Windpark und auf Felder. Zu unserer Zeit sehr ruhig. Kamen Nachts an, sind desshalb vom Flughafen aus nicht über Kitti, sondern über die Autobahn ( google eath ). War sehr einfach zu finden. Fahrstuhl vorhanden, aber nur bis zum 1. Stock wo der Eingang der Wohnung liegt. Von da geht es über eine Treppe ( innerhalb der Wohnung ) in den zweiten Stock. Desshalb nicht Rollstuhl geeignet. Wetter war o.K. - 20-24° C viel Sonne, wenig Regen aber manchmal kalter Wind. P.S.: Terasse hat Aussentisch mit 6 Stühlen und es sind 4 Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Tersefanou Village is a typical Cypriot village with traditional bars and restaurants offering local dishes. You will find a tobacconist and a local supermarket. Local beaches and restaurants can be found at Pervolia and Cape Kiti (10 minutes by car) but really there are so many delightful locations to choose from it would be a shame to restrict yourself to these!!! Take a drive down the coast road to Zygi and enjoy one of several truly excellent fish restaurants, very popular with the Cypriots. For the more adventurous, whizz onto the motorway network and take a day out to Nicosia or Limassol or explore your way up into the wonderful Troodos Mountains for some fresh air and superb views. Family fun can be had in the flumes and lagoons of Waterworld at Agia Napa - all less than an hour's drive! Closer to home, there is the 'Dreamland' park, which is less than 5 minutes drive away, for a family day out with the children.

Golf: Golf courses in Cyprus are still very young, Larnaca Golf & Country Club is yet to be completed. Golf courses you can play now in Cyprus are found at: -Tsada Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Course, Vikla Golf Club, Aphrodite Hills Golf Club

Ski: Cyprus has many great wrecks to dive (including the famous Zenobia). At the CTO (Pyla Beach) you will find jet skiing, banana boats plus a selection of volley ball & football pitches for the more energetic. Families are also well catered for with great bowling and kart facilities situated in Larnaca. In the warm winter months Cyprus turns into an island of contrast where you ski high in the Troodos Mountains and retreat to Majestic Gardens to sunbathe during the afternoon.
