Floors were wet upon arrival
Towels were rolled up at the end of the bed, were and damp
Dirty towels were in the washing machine
WIFI was not working
Stained chairs that were disgusting
Mirror in bedroom was off the wall
No light bulbs in some of the fixtures
Blood or something disgusting on the dining room ceiling
Spider webs in corners
Terrible smell in bathroom and mold in washing soap dispenser
An inch thick dust on the blinds.
. I recognize that the wifi did get fixed, however it cost us 2 hours of our vacation time while your attend was fixing it
We have all rented several VRBO and have never experienced such horrible accomodations. I have pictures to support all of the above. My expectations at this point is financial reimbursement In the event you decide not to, I will contacting VRBO to lodge a formal complaint. Thank you in advance for your quick response
