The apartment 268 is located in Campo de Santa Clara. Every Tuesday and Saturday there is the famous Flea Market. The apartment is fully equipped and has a nice terrace.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator), has 40m2 and includes a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide) and a double bed, inside "pombaline cage" in the living room.
The living room with a sofa and satellite TV, has access to a lovely terrace.
There is a dining area in the kitchenette.
The kitchenette is complete with electric oven, hob and fridge.
The bathroom has a shower. The washing machine is here too, hidden in a closet.
The terrace has a table, chairs and an area with a beautiful view of the park and the roofs and the river Tagus.
Good to know:
Terrace. Free Wi-Fi. Heaters and fans available. The famous tram stop 28 is 500 meters away. Santa Apolónia Metro Station is 650 meters away. A cot can be provided, but please let us know in advance!

RULES OF THE HOUSE
No parties are allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. At the end of the stay, the apartment must be left in good condition. The hour of calm is from 10:00 to 20:00. Neighbors must be respected.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check in time is after 4 pm and check out is 11 am at the latest. Please note that check-in times are subject to prior confirmation and can be booked between 16:00 and 21:30. Depending on availability, we are flexible with these schedules.
ADDITIONAL CHECK-IN FEES
Extra charge of 35 euros for check-in from 9.30 pm to 8 am and an additional 25 euros for check-in on weekends and Portuguese holidays until 9.30 pm
Please note that the city tax is EUR 2 per person per night. This tax is charged to guests over 13 years old, for a maximum of 7 nights. This value is not included in the total price and must be paid on site.
During the stay, the main guest will be responsible for the apartment. Any damage will be charged and we reserve the right to charge the credit card of the main guest.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Each apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each arrival. For stays of more than seven days, we perform a mid-stay cleaning. The client is obliged to respect and leave the apartment in good general condition.
As required by law, we are required to report your stay to the Immigration and Border Service (SEF). All guests must present a passport or ID card upon arrival.
