The apartment 65 is on the 3rd floor (without elevator) of a building located next to the Rossio Square. From the windows there is a beautiful view of the square. The building dates from the 16th century and survived the great earthquake in 1755!
The apartment is 65m2 and includes a living room with TV and DVD player.
The apartment has a bedroom with double bed (140cm wide) and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
The kitchenette has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer and electric cooker
The bathroom has a tub, a shower whirlpool room and a room with WC.

Rossio Metro Station is 250 meters away and Restauradores Metro Station is 350 meters away. A cot can be provided, but inform in advance
This is a licensed local accommodation registered with Turismo de Portugal (38741 / AL).
RULES OF THE HOUSE
No parties are allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. At the end of the stay, the apartment must be left in good condition. The hour of calm is from 10:00 to 20:00. Neighbors must be respected.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check in time is after 4 pm and check out is 11 am at the latest. Please note that check-in times are subject to prior confirmation and can be booked between 16:00 and 21:30. Depending on availability, we are flexible with these schedules.
ADDITIONAL CHECK-IN FEES
Extra charge of 35 euros for check-in from 9.30 pm to 8 am and an additional 25 euros for check-in on weekends and Portuguese holidays until 9.30 pm
Please note that the city tax is EUR 2 per person per night. This tax is charged to guests over 13 years old, for a maximum of 7 nights. This value is not included in the total price and must be paid on site.
During the stay, the main guest will be responsible for the apartment. Any damage will be charged and we reserve the right to charge the credit card of the main guest.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Each apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each arrival. For stays of more than seven days, we perform a mid-stay cleaning. The client is obliged to respect and leave the apartment in good general condition.
As required by law, we are required to report your stay to the Immigration and Border Service (SEF). All guests must present a passport or ID card upon arrival.
