Large apartment in a renovated chalet located in the center of Chamonix Les Praz, the most exclusive area of Chamonix.
Equipped with a large garden (1000m ²) and with a 360 ° view of Mont Blanc, the Drus, the Aiguille du Midi and the Green Needle.
The apartment has a large living room with kitchen, dining table and lounge with sofa and chair.
The sleeping area includes a bedroom with double bed and one with twin beds, each with large closet and dressing.
The bathroom, fully renovated with hardwood floors and stone walls contains a washbasin, bidet and bath / shower. The toilet is in a separate bedroom.
Garage, cellar and ski locker.
The apartment was recently renovated to be dedicated to rent to people who seek not only an apartment but a house to stay well and enjoy the views from one of the most beautiful areas of Chamonix. Near Golf des Praz and La Flégère ski.
If you want to be a few steps away from the bustle of Chamonix, this apartment is in a really quiet neighbourhood with little traffic. The views are magnificent, surrounded by the whole panorama of the Mont Blanc massif and the Aiguille Rouge.
It is an easy 20 minute walk into Chamonix by a maintained path through the forest, 15 minutes to the Sports Centre and pool on the way, and 10 minutes to the golf course by the little village of Les Praz. Of course, by car it is only two to three minutes to town.
The owner is meticulous about maintaining the apartment impeccably clean, is easy to reach and approachable, and speaks English. I can't over-emphasize how comfortable it is...fully renovated two years ago...lots of light with a spacious open concept, well equipped kitchen, living room and dinning area with modern comfortable sofa and chairs. The bathroom, unlike many in France, has a full bathtub and standup shower. Plenty of closets and chest of drawers for storage and the two bedrooms are a good size.
No stairs. You just park outside the door and walk in. The sliding glass doors of the living room face south-west and open onto a full yard.
My wife and I stayed there this past winter and it was our best accommodations ever after many rentals in the Chamonix valley.

Situe aux Praz, face aux aiguilles de Chamonix, l'aiguille des Dru et le dome du Gouter et le glacier des Bossons ... la vue est magnifique.
L'accesest facile et situee dans une zone residentielle tres calme, a 20Mn a pied du centre de Chamonix et 5 mn a pied du telepherique de la Flegere ...
L'appartement est situe dans un chalets de 4 appartements. Situe au rez-de-chausse il permet de beneficier d'un grand pres avec un portique pour les enfants
L'appartement est en exellente condition et vient d'etre refait de facon mordrene et avec bon gout. Il est tres confortable, propre et bien entrenu.
Le contact sur place est tres agreable et tres cordial.

I warmly recommend this apartment. Location is peaceful, apartment is comfortable and includes all equipments you need for basic living. Apartment is clean and it's equivalent to announcement. Apartment is great especially for families with children. Landlord is very kind, speaks very good english. You really can trust to this landlord. There are also 3 other apartments in this building.

Le accompte au moment de la réservation est 30% de la valeur du loyer. Le reste sera payé par le locataire à l'arrivée à Chamonix avant d'entrer dans l'appartement.
Elle exige aussi une caution de € 600 qui sera restituée avant le départ du locataire après avoir regardé l'appartement et l'équipement.
