Large kitchen with all the necessary equipment.

Surrounded by a fenced garden of 2000 m2 with private staircase giving direct access to the sea. 2 mins walk from the Port of Niel or you can rent canoes and motorboats for the day. At 10 minutes walk from the village of Giens (all shops). Beautiful beaches on the peninsula of Giens: the Almanare and Sheepfold side of the Senses.

Giens: The Giens peninsula is an outstanding area on the Var coast.

Once an island, Giens found himself attached to the Var coast through the sediment deposits that slowly allowed the formation of two causeway. This is what is called a tombolo and the Giens Peninsula is a rare example of double tombolo. The lagoon between the two causeway brings together many birds and has a pink flamingo colony in the year.

The two large sandy beaches to the west (the Almanare) and east (The Sheepfold - La Capte) are perfect for toddlers or the perfect spot for surfers and big wind kitesurfing. Departure of boats to visit Porquerolles from the Tour Fondue and from the Port of Hyères to the island of Port Cros.

can boat and canoe rental from 'Little Flotilla' based on the port of Niel (tel 04 94 58 90 47).

The Littoral Path: The Giens peninsula is very rugged, wild and difficult to access. Littoral path allows to discover its entire length. The western part is the wildest with access to lost coves. The trail runs directly behind the villa and allows you to start many walks.

Giens village Giens, one of the most beautiful villages of the coast d 'Azur. With by its view from the ruins of its castle and church ocher colors, you will appreciate its typical Provencal charm. The Tuesday morning market is the meeting of the week. Merchants welcome you with big smile and an answer to all your needs.
