Holiday cottage for rent in the lovely village of Resolven, S Wales.
- english, french
We are a young-at-heart retired professional couple who love the outdoor life in sunny S.W. France, where we have lived for 11 years. We recently bought this cottage in S Wales to spend winters in and visit family. We would like you to enjoy our cottage here during the spring, summer and autumn.
Graham purchased this Cottage in 2015
Why Graham chose Neath
Our cottage is located on the edge of the lovely Welsh village of Resolven. Our cottage is a fully modernised end of terrace stone dwelling with lovely views and petite but attractive low maintenance gardens to front and back. The back garden benefits from a lockable shed, large enough for several bikes and private parking for 2 cars. There is a small lawn at the front with a table and chairs overlooking a wonderful view, while the back yard is secluded and private with a barbeque. Its location is ideal as a base for walkers and beach lovers and is only a short drive away from the bustling town of Swansea and a longer drive from Cardiff.
What makes this Cottage unique
The cottage features Talktalk fast broadband with a fibre optic cable & new TV. It is cozy, quiet and on a bus route which supplies Neath and Swansea for those not wishing to use their car all the time.

Lovely cottage and excellent value
Superb cottage with easy access to the Brecon Beacons. Great Value. The waterfall close to the cottage is worth a visit. I really enjoyed my stay here.
