                                                        The house has nice windows and the hot water runs well, the bed sheets were clear and the kitchen was well equipped but the house in general was not clean on our arrival. The house was narrow and did not correspond to expectations from website pictures. The carpet was dirty and not all beds were comfortable. For the cost of the house we expected better. Wi find was very weak.

                                                        I stayed in the one bedroom apartment with my wife and 16-month old son in November 2011. The owner was very responsive and helpful beforehand in answering several questions I had both by e-mail and over the phone. The whole process from start to finish was very simple and stress-free. There is a great system in place for key collection, which we appreciated very much because we were flying in and then renting a car, and were not able to give a precise arrival time. The apartment was very clean, well decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. The large double bed was comfortable and the street the property is on is very quiet, so we were able to sleep well, at least until the early alarm call provided by our son! We made use of the parking permit on offer and this was very easy. The owner kindly left some money for me in the apartment after I had overpaid for parking, not realising that parking on weekends is free. I hope to stay in the property again on another visit to London and would be happy to recommend the property to anyone. Finally, if you like curries, I can highly recommend getting a takeaway from a local restaurant called Ruchi (34 High Street, Colliers Wood), which is 3 or 4 minute's walk away on the main road. They offer all the standard dishes you would expect and the food was very fresh and tasty.
