Built 10 years ago, the house is modern, airy and stylish. Large open plan living area, three double bedrooms. A these rooms face south and has sea views. The living area opens onto a terrace which is perfect for both outdoor living and sunbathing.
Its a great location meaning you will be within easy striking distance of the stunning Cinque Terra, the lovely towns of Sarzana and La Spezia and the glorious Bay of Poets and its great beaches (and Shelley's house). Shopping apart (it has a great huge, daily fish and vegetable market), La Spezia is also superb for boat trips.
The land is terraced with several dozen olive and fruit trees. The house is set off the historic Via Francegina, the 11th century pilgrim route between Canterbury and Rome
The location is secluded and private. Vehicular access is narrow meaning wide vehicles may not be able to get onto the site, though there is parking close by.
Good shopping is nearby as are excellent restaurants. In summer, the nearest beach is about a 25 minutes drive. Pisa is 45 minutes and is very easy to get to.
