This beautiful Villa in Moraira. Comprises of two individual and totally self sufficient apartments, the upper apartment is lived in by the owners. The ground floor apartment is totally private, it includes a large private terrace, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and bar.

Villa Trafalgar holds an enviably idilic position on Cap Blanc, with stunning views to the surrounding hills. The quiet neighbourhood is a 4 minutes walk through the magnificent L'estella homes to the rocky cove of Punta de l'estella, with its magnificent view of Ilfach rock and Calpe. Only a 5 minute walk brings you to Moravit shopping centre with Pepe La Sal, Various Restaurants, Shops and a Bank. Moraira Town is 20 minute walking or 5 minutes by car.

The Villa garden and private secure parking is accessed via electrically operated Vehicle gates. The gardens to the front of the Villa are a mixture of lemon, orange and many other indigenous plant giving an air of a truly authentic spanish home, two gates gain access to the swimming pool and sun terrace, which is solely for the rental use of the ground floor rental apartment. and the second offers access to the owners home.

The swimming pool is 1.8mtr deep 10mtr x 5mtr with steps, ladder or slide, and a poolside outdoor shower. The sunny aspect of the surrounding patio area, makes it perfect for sun bathing, and adequate tables and chairs for alfresco dining. The private bar comes equipped with adequate glasses and for a pre-payment order may be stocked.

The 'Trafalga Apartment' is gayly decorated with colourful pictures and L-shaped sofa and TV. The large kitchen if fully equipped and has a dishwasher. Two large bedrooms offer continental size bed and are conjoined, by a large Jack and Jill ensuite. A comfortable day bed, is in the lounge and is a relaxing area for reading and relaxing. this is perfect for up to two children of any age, a cot is available for Baby. Double doors off the lounge lead to the private terrace, with reclining chairs and large dining table. This leads onto the swimming pool.

About Tony Cheal

My Wife and I retired in 2015 after many years in the Hotel business, our intention was to travel the world. We bought a motorhome and toured for 12 months, ending up at our holiday home in Moraira. At that point we realised Moraira is where we want to be ! We decided as we were going to spend more time in Spain, we should buy a larger Villa enabling our family to visit, and that was when we found Villa Trafalgar.

In the summer, the south facing pool with bar facilities, barbecue, alfresco eating areas and restful gardens make it a perfect summer holiday home, and in the winter the cosy and sumptuous throws make it equally an idillic winter hide away.
