Quiet and Tranquil Location Within Walking Distance To Restaurants And Shops.

This villa is a new listing as of 12th January 2018! Sleeps 8. Single level villa set within large, landscaped gardens featuring a Bar/BBQ, Dining, Relaxing area and fabulous 8x4 private heated swimming pool. The villa's typical Spanish appearance belies its modern interior which comprises lounge with log burner, dining area, fully equipped kitchen. Naya with views out to the garden and swimming pool. Three double bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities with the remaining 2 double bedrooms sharing the house shower room. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. We also have a Sofa Bed in the lounge. The villa is appointed with fine quality furniture throughout. There is a large drive for at least four cars. A BBQ area, wi-fi and TV packages are also available.

The villa is just a short distance to the three great beaches of Portichol, Granadella, with the L'Arenal beach being only a six minute drive away and within strolling distance to several excellent restaurants, bars and shops.

The main town of Javea is a ten minute drive, the Port area is eight minutes and the Arenal only seven minutes drive away.


Thinking of avoiding the cold winter weather. Special rates for winter lets from October through to April can be arranged from as little as £1000.00 per month. Pool heating is £200 per stay between October and April. The pool heater would be turned on a week prior to your arrival to ensure the pool is up to temperature when you arrive.

I live here with my wife and 10 year old son. We have made so many good friends of all nationalities and regularly get together for BBQs at our homes and spend many afternoons and early evenings down on the nearby beaches of Granadella and Portichol just chatting and enjoying home made tapas and a glass of wine while the kids play together.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is on one level and suitable for children and elderly people alike. Broadband with Wi-Fi router is installed at the property. We are a non-smoking family and request that smokers do not smoke inside the villa. Pets not allowed. Outside: The grounds of the property have been landscaped with palms, jasmine and flowering plants. The garden is ideal for children at play. The pool is 8m x 4m with steps leading into the water. The garden and pool areas also have lighting for those late evening dips and late night dining. We have inflatables and some swimming aids for your use free of charge. Sunbeds are provided. There is a terrace with hardwood dining table and 4 chairs plus parasols. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property will be presented spotlessly clean prior to your arrival with fresh linen and towels. Beds will be made up for number of guests on the booking form.

The villa is close to the 3 great beaches of Playa Portichol with it's turquoise sea and excellent snorkelling, 2 good restaurants and a 3 mins drive. Playa Granadella is a very popular picturesque cove with sunbeds, parasols, 3 restaurants and a 5 mins drive. The El Arenal's sandy crescent bay is very popular with it's shallow waters extending some way out to sea and so ideal for children. There are water sports, sunbeds, parasols and a good variety of restaurants, shops and bars along it's promenade.


The villa is situated in the upmarket resort of Javea and is approximately a 1 1/4 hour drive north from Alicante Airport and a 1 1/2 hour drive south from Valencia Airport. Both of which receive economy airline companies from the majority of UK airports.


The main area of Javea is approximately 7 minutes drive from the villa. Denia, with it's ferries to Ibiza and Majorca is a 20 minute drive. The picturesque resort of Moraira with it's many beaches, shops, restaurants and bars is a 20 minute drive. The beautiful Jalon valley is a 35 minute drive. Calpe with its famous rock is a 30 minute drive. Pretty Altea is 35 minutes and Benidorm which offers a huge variety of tourist activities, attractions, theme parks etc is only 40 a minute drive away.

The villa is in a very tranquil location but also benefits from having 4 good restaurants, bars, newsagent and small supermarket being a short stroll away. Two very well stocked supermarkets are also close by being only 3 minutes away by car.

Refundable damage deposit $415.46

Booking Notes:
A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the villa and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 60 days prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of £350 will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property. Travel cots can be hired at £15 per week and high chairs at £10 per week. Cot linen is not provided.

Changeover Day:
We only offer Saturday change overs over high season with a minimum booking of 7 nights. The villa is available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Notes on prices:
Gas, water and electricity is included in the weekly rental charge. All we ask is that our clients please use these utilities with due care and consideration. However the pool heating system if requested will incur an additional charge. Please contact me for further information.

In order to protect both parties please note you will NEVER be asked to pay the full amount of the holiday up front, a 25% deposit only is required. SCAMMERS WILL OFFER GREAT DEALS IF YOU PAY IN FULL NOW, GENUINE OWNERS DON'T !!! I am happy to speak to
guests before money is transferred so you are comfortable that I am genuine and not someone who has intercepted my emails and taken my identity. You can speak to me at any time during the consideration of a reservation or after a reservation regardless of booking.

Cancellations that are made 8 weeks to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date will incur a 50% penalty.
Cancellations that are made within 4 weeks prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% penalty.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
