Your own little oasis in the middle of Paris. Next to everything!! Two blocks from the Metro!
Dominique and her family go out of their way to make you feel at home.
It is way better than staying in the hotel as you get you own garden and little kitchen to prepare snacks, chill wine with a beautiful garden to relax in. The laundry is a real help as well.
We just happen to hit the best weather as well! I even got sunburned sitting outside.
Lots of restaurants and little and big shops all around. A Farmer’s market two Metro stops away on Convention on Sundays and even more restaurants. Pizza Flora is just around the corner with great pizza to go if you feel like staying in.
They will even arrange for a taxi to the CDG on the way home.
Missing it already!
Thanks so much for your words. I am so happy you felt home in the cottage and that you flight back home with wonderful memories of your stay in Paris.
It is true that the garden is a real paradise every season.
Little Paradise ♡♡♡
Oh my goodness, guys!!! If you want to experience a little piece of Paradise on Earth, this is where you go! We stayed at the cottage for almost 2 weeks in May of 2018 and loved every moment of it. We have a 2-year old who spent most of every day outside in the beautiful garden, smelling the roses, playing with everything that nature had to offer. This is something that is not easily found in Brooklyn and New York City, where we currently live. Yet, this little Paradise is right in the center of Paris -- we could see the Eiffel Tower out of our back windows, for goodness sake! How cool is that?!! I felt that we were in the best area of Paris: an organic grocery store is right across the street, plus all kinds of coffee shops with out-of-this-world kinds of desserts, sandwiches, salads and everything else you may ever need or want is right there, just a few steps away... Oh, my goodness, guys -- as I write, I miss this place so much!! Even before we left, I already wanted to come back! So, if you are even considering staying at this beautiful cottage in the near future, seriously, I envy you! :)
We really liked the idea of the little Cottage which is a nice little country house in the middle of Paris with a lot of convenient stores in the area. The apartment was spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed the neighborhood and were pleased with the
Dominique and her family were very kind helpful and responsive: when we asked for towels or garbage bags you or someone from your family was prompt to answer our request.
That said, we experienced various annoyances that affected our stay.
First, the dust: The day of our arrival, we used the vacuum multiple times to remove the dust along with spider webs especially on the first floor (mostly bedroom, living room). My wife was sneezing every night when going to sleep and this during our entire stay because of the dust. It affected her sleep the whole time.
Then, the Wi-Fi was not up to today's hotel or home standards. The signal was too slow and not strong enough. We were constantly cut off when using the Wi-Fi for phone conversations or watching movies on Netflix.
Finally, we had middle-size spiders (pretty big if you ask me) popping up on the first floor (5 of them in different days) that we had to get rid of mostly in the middle of the night. Our 3 years old daughter, was bitten few times overnight and we ended up buying anti-insect products though too late.
These issues were really annoying throughout our stay and did not make us feel comfortable for the price we paid.
We will not renew the experience but we hope Dominique will take these into accounts for her next customers.

I am so surprise concerning your review: my daughter asked you the second day if everything was allright and you asked for extra towels etc....and you said everything was perfect.
When I came to you in the middle of your stay, I again enquired whether you enjoy your stay at the cottage: your wife said you were really fine.
You NEVER talked about the spiders, the internet.
For so many years now, we only had a slow internet once ( you can read the reviews )
I CANNOT explain why, if they were existing, you did not raise those WITH me , of course, in that case I would have fix it immediately .

We had a great time during our stay.
The location is excellent and the house is adorable.
Dominique, the owner was pleasant and helpful.
She made us feel very welcome and met us on our arrival to show us around in the cottage and she gave us recommendations for activities/resturants/shops.
We will definatly come back.
This gem is hidden in the middle of Paris - a little over a block from a metro stop, fantastic fromageries, bakeries, markets, etc all within a block. It’s everything we’d dreamt of finding to stay in but thought it could only be experienced in the country. This charming cottage has beautiful red toille wallpaper, whimsical fixtures, pretty furnishings, a quaint patio, lovely bathrooms and comfy beds and is owned by some very lovely people. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Five stars aren’t enough.
Thank you so much for your time writing your experience of the cottage in Paris, this is exactly the memories we would want our guests to keep in their mind and heart returning home !
A hidden gem in the middle of Paris.
What a delight to stay in this beautiful, little cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed it - the lawn and places to sit outdoors = the feeling of being in a real neighborhood, the elegant French decor - the simple, but perfect approach to decorating - the comfortable beds, etc., etc. We could not have been happier and we look forward to staying there again.
Such nice words from such nice guests ! We are so happy to feel that the cottage has fullfilled your expectations .
Hope to see you very soon !
