This newly refurbished chalet and grounds is 380 m². Amble space for 8/10 people. Consists of entry via private gate and mature gardens with trees and bushes there is a lovely covered terrace with table and chairs for 8, relaxing and alfresco dining, BBQ. Entrance hall leads off to the lounge / dining area with TV, satellite,DVD & WiFi available and access to the terrace by the large patio doors with air conditioning, for the colder months there is also an open fire in the lounge area. There is a sofa bed for additional 2 people (Charges). A well equipped Kitchen with all electrical appliance, dispensary, table and chairs, outside utility area with washing machine and sink. Ground floor also has 2 twin bedrooms A/C, one with en-suite and one double bedroom A/C. Family bathroom can also be found on the ground floor. Second floor consists of a large double bedroom with air conditioning & en-suite. Patio doors leading to the large private open terrace area with loungers. There is street parking or parking on the private driveway behind the property. Safe also available

Amenities: Beach on your door step! No need for a car. Car free zone for walkers by the sea. Local shops, restaurants, chemists, banks, supermarkets, museum and hospital can be found within less than a mile from the villa. bus service nearby linking you to the old town of Alcudia, Pollensa or the port of Pollensa. Train station approx 20 min drive away. Close to motorway access. Nearby there is a Indoor gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, tennis, paddle courts, all within a short walk away also shows/discos. Local Activities: Bicycle hire, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, wind-surfing. One of the biggest / fastest go-carting tracks can be found in C'an Picafort.

If you cant sit still then this is the place for you as there are lots of things to do. If you like to relax and just enjoy the sun / shade then this is also a great place to be. Suitable for all the family.

Waling / Trekking / Cycling: Walking/Trekking the north of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is prime walking country. Why not visit Mallorca in autumn and spring when the weather is cooler, and ideal for both walking and cycling. Why not walk or cycle around the S'Albufera Nature Park (Alcudia), it is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearics. The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which has converted into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds and is home to considerable wildlife. Cycling in Mallorca is now very popular with people visiting all through the year. Do not forget the Iron Man event that takes place every year and right outside this apartment.

Golf: Alcudia is the main centre for cycling, attracting thousands of cyclists to its bicycle friendly roads with its spectacular scenery. Even the casual cyclist can rent a bike here and enjoy many hours cycling along the specially designated cycle tracks which lie next to many major roads.

Alcanada (Alcudia) is a championship standard 18 hole golf course, with stunning sea views from almost every fairway and is approx 5 min drive away. Not to be left out, non-players can enjoy a sumptuous lunch from the clubhouse terrace. Pollensa Golf Club is approx a 15 min drive away. There are Golf courses in and around the Arta area which is a 20minute drive in the height of the season or the apartment is close enough for the other courses in the south of the island, with the motorway being extended to Alcudia it is only a 35 min drive to the centre of Palma.

I just like to write a feedback online, the house was just wounderful: the size of house is just perfect and the terrace is very good furnitured, we have spent mainly time in house there. Your dishwasher is washing better than my at home ;). And this short way to the beach that is just great.

Notes:
Due to all the rooms on the ground floor and bathroom being on one level then suitable for the elderly and/or infirm. There are a couple of steps up from the garden area to the chalet/terrace area. Air conditioning manual. However due to the low cost of this villa and the high costs of electric for each week of rental a limit of 200 kw per week is included in the villa costing, if you use more than 200kw then there is an extra charge of 0.20 cents per extra KW used. Safe available For the 9th/10th person there are additional charges. Please inquire. Any booking of less than 7 nights there is an extra charge of 100 euros for cleaning/laundry Air conditioning is reverse cycling for summer/winter months. Towels are provided but these are restricted to the apartment only. The kitchen hob/oven is electric. DVD available. Need to bring your own DVDs. There are shops to rent from if needed. Cot / high chair can be hired if needed

Perfect family holiday!

We loved this chalet set in a quiet and perfect location. My husband and I travelled with our 3 grown up children, my eldest son's wife and our little 2 year old granddaughter.

The spacious chalet had everything we needed and more. Home from home! The facilities were excellent. Michael and I especially loved our upstairs ensuite bedroom leading out to the sun terrace.

The location was amazing with the beautiful sandybeach only a few minutes away...perfect for our little granddaughter. There is a lovely walk along beach path into Portd'Alcudia with huge range of restaurants and shops.

Huge Thankyou to Carlos/Debra and we will definitely return! X

Lovely villa in an ideal location

We found the property exactly as described and spotlessly clean. It was close to supermarkets and other amenities and the port was less than a half hour beach-side stroll. We had a car because we wanted to visit other parts of the island but you could have a perfectly enjoyable holiday without one. For those who like walking, aside from the excellent coastal path, there are canals and a lake close by.

The accommodation is very comfortable and although we didn't use the kitchen that much it was perfectly useable.

Communication with the owner was really excellent. We were greeted on arrival and shown around the property. The directions to the property were also very good. A minor maintenance issue was dealt with immediately.

We would highly recommend this property.

Ideal base for IronMan participant and support team

The so-called chalet was a really comfortable, well-furnished and ideally located small house in a quiet area just 50 yards from the sea and the shops with plenty of parking (even on race day!). The huge gas BBQ was a great asset, and we self-catered every day with fresh fish from the harbour, fresh veg from the market and a wonderful selection of meat from the butcher's in town.

We found the house exactly as described, it was spotlessly clean on arrival, the owners communicated very rapidly by email, and visited us on the first day just to check all was well. The local Spar had excellent warm croissants at breakfast time, and we rented superb bikes from the local bike shop (EE Bikes).

We would all heartily recommend this property to future guests.

Lovely Chalet, very spacious, great location.

We have stayed at this property now 3 years running and have booked to come back for a 4th in 2015.

The Chalet is like home from home, everything you could need is there, it is in a great location, minutes from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

It's has 4 good size bedrooms so plenty of room for our kids to make themselves at home with their toys, DVDs, iPads, etc.

Overall we have always thoroughly enjoyed staying there and we love the part of Majorca it's in. You can walk to The Port which only takes about 20 minutes but it's along the beach so a beautiful walk.

We can't wait to go back next year.

Ein sehr schönes Haus.Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Mit wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand. Es liegt sehr zentral in wenigen Minuten ist man am Hafen wo viele Bars,Restaurant und Einkaufmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind.Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt.Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Lovely clean chalet

We used the chalet as a base for cycling. We found the villa very clean, owners very helpful and the chalet is just like the website says. We enjoyed our evenings after a long ride sitting outside under the covered terrace with a great sized BBQ. Those cycling this is a great spot / location. Also right by the beach where we would use the car free path for warming up / down running along the 7km of bay. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return.

The Port of Alcudia is the largest sandiest beach on the Island and it is right on your doorstep. It has every water sport imaginable along with a water park not far away. Alcudia lies in the north of Mallorca some 60 km from Palma. It is a very friendly, family resort with glorious beaches and a good selection of bars and restaurants which attract visitors from all over Europe as well as many Spanish tourists. It is certainly one of the island's most cosmopolitan resorts.The Alcudia port area is the most attractive area of the resort for nightlife. It is centred on the Passeig Maritim which is the walkway running parallel to the port. A short walk or bus ride away is the old town of Alcudia. The old town is approximately 1 miles away and was the capital of Mallorca in Roman times, although originally dating back even further to the Phoenician and Greek times. A new city was built on the Roman site by the Moors, the medieval walls and gates being added after the Spanish conquest.
