The large, contemporary kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to show off your cooking skills; and the dining table is ideal, whether you’re grabbing a cup of tea to start the day or a full-blown banquet.

When it’s time to hit the hay, choose from two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room, and the second bedroom has twin beds. There’s plenty of storage in the bedrooms and throughout the property for guests to use. A family bathroom with shower over bath completes this charming home from home.

Situated right in the heart of Stockbridge, The St Stephen Street Residence is perfectly located for exploring all that Edinburgh has to offer. This charming, village-like area is famous for its Sunday market and seemingly endless fresh produce shops and cafes, making it the perfect place to pick up a fresh pastry for breakfast or ingredients for your very own culinary extravaganza.

The New Town, our Georgian marvel of urban planning, is packed full of galleries and breath-taking architecture and right on your door step. Edinburgh’s medieval Old Town, home to the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace, is less than a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Or perhaps you’re in town for a spot of shopping? Well then, you’re in luck as the main shopping highstreets Princes Street and George Street are under half a mile’s stroll away.

Edinburgh’s most famous attractions are within easy reach, as the Old Town, home to the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle, is less than mile from the apartment.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours and arrivals after 10pm will incur a fee of £25. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
