4-room apartment by a fine sand beach protected by a coral reef

This is a 4-room furnished accommodation with many trees (coconut trees, palms, casuarinas, laurels, allemandes, among others). It is a luxurious accommodation located on the ground floor of the villa at the back with an entrance (single gate), a garden, and private beach access a few seconds away. Please note: the accommodation has been recently renovated, painted, expanded, and refurbished. This is a completely detached single-storey accommodation. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, two large walk-in showers, two separate toilets, a 45-m² living room, an open-plan kitchen, and a 50-m² terrace overlooking the Indian Ocean and the beach. It is a bright accommodation with a large living room extended by a large terrace (with railing in stainless steel cable) that offers access to the Indian Ocean in a blooming area with trees. The accommodation is luxurious, and it has an open-plan kitchen equipped with a BBQ, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, free Wi-Fi access, and much more. This accommodation is located on the west side, between Boucan-Canot and Pointe des Aigrettes, offering from 300 to 340 days of sun per year. It is located 300 m away from bars, restaurants, and a large area with medical centre, pharmacy, bakery, bank, and library. Please note: the first bar-restaurant is 100 m away from the accommodation. Places of interest in the area: the infinite beauty of Réunion Island is irrefutable with its active volcano, the contrasts between the windward coast on the east side and the leeward coast on the west side, the huge cirques, such as Cilaos, Mafate, and Salazie, as well as its mountains above 3000 metres, its primitive forest, its vertiginous viewpoints, its thousands of kilometres of hiking trails, and the sea with its wild coasts, and its beaches on the south and west sides of the island. Journeys have become easier since the construction of a two-way road at half height (300 metres), known as "La route des tamarins" (60 different bridges to overcome the ravines). It is also called the "Route des balcons," because it offers breath-taking views over the Indian Ocean. Please note: this road is a 5-min drive from the accommodation. Please note: regularly (from July to October), from the terrace or the beach, we see whales, their calves, and dolphins almost every day, very close to the coral reef. It is a magical scene. Please note: the dolphins are present all year long.

Très belle location avec une vue magnifique sur l océan. Les propriétaires sont très discrets mais disponibles pour votre confort et tout renseignement .

Endroit paradisiaque ou nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en famille.

Eine Woche im Paradies

Die Lage dieser Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum, die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns optimal.

Hier hat man alles, was man braucht - wir haben nichts vermisst.

Man konnte sich kaum von dem Ausblick lösen. Einfach traumhaft. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Idéal pour séjour familai

Avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer dans un environnement fleuri, nous avons passé un excellent séjour familial.

Toutes les commodités sont à proximité et la plage protégée et surveillée de Boucan Canot est à 10' à pied.

Lieu idéal pour choisir entre la plage ou en montant au Maido pour de courtes ou longues randonnées pédestre dans le cirque de Mafate.

Un appartement bien aménagée pour un séjour de vacances avec une grande terrasse.

Un propriétaire accueillant et discret toujours prêt à vous renseigner.

Un véritable Havre de paix

un grand remerciement à nos discrets et très sympathiques hôtes qui nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour dans un havre de paix. Le logement, parfaitement équipé, bénéficiant de la climatisation, grandement appréciée, et d'électroménagers adaptés, est très agréable et confortable, pied dans l'eau et à proximité de commerces et de petits restaurants qui ne nuisent pas du tout à la tranquillité des lieux. Un parfait départ pour bons nombres de balades et randonnées. Nous avons ramené dans nos bagages beaucoup de souvenirs, de superbes paysages et un appel au retour pour de nouvelles aventures et découvertes tant visuelles que gustatives. Une très bonne adresse à retenir et à conseiller

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. La maison est entièrement équipée et correspond exactement au descriptif de l'annonce.

De plus, une vue depuis la terrasse qui nous a fait rêver chaque jour, surtout avec le coucher de soleil.

La localisation de la maison permet de s'en rendre à boucan canot à pied et à 5 min de St Gilles.

Je recommande cette location à toute famille qui souhaite passer un séjour les pieds dans le lagon.

Erneut ein Traum!

Und wieder können wir nur Positives berichten - Vieles hatten wir ja schon im letzten Jahr (s.u.) beschrieben, und alles ist noch genauso aktuell.

NEU ist die deutlich vergrößerte Terrasse, die es noch verlockender macht, einfach mal einen Tag das Rauschen des Indischen Ozeans bei einem Buch auf der Terrasse zu genießen.

Wir können das Haus erneut ausdrücklich empfehlen - und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The accommodation is located directly by the Indian Ocean with a coral reef in Saint-Gilles, Réunion Island, on the beach located between Pointe des Aigrettes and Cap Homard on the west side. The leeward coast: the sunniest place on the island (340 days of sun per year). The beach is protected by a coral reef. Please note: the Réunion Island coasts have been declared a marine reserve. The property consists of a spacious and bright 4-room apartment in the heart of a green setting. Similar to the villa, it can be accessed by the first floor. You can find luxury furnishing that has been renovated. This accommodation is located on the ground floor, at the back of the house, due to its topography; the plot is a slope going down to the beach, and guests have access to the single storey property. They will have their own gate and garden. The accommodation has a 120-m² living space and a 50-m² terrace overlooking the Indian Ocean with the passage of whales (from July to October) and dolphins all year round. This accommodation is comfortable (with a 40-m² living room), bright, and surrounded by lush vegetation (Ylang-Ylang, bougainvillea, banana, coconut palms, and other exotic flowers, as well as beautiful casuarinas and velvetleaf soldier bush). This accommodation is also very well equipped with a TV, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, Internet access, an open-plan kitchen, 2 walk-in showers, 2 separate toilets, and air conditioning. The property is just minutes from a major road known as "La route des tamarins," which is a two-way road offering quick access to all the great sites of Réunion Island.

It is an accommodation outside Saint Gilles city centre, but close to all amenities, such as a mall, a pharmacy, a bank, and restaurants (the first one is 50 m away, and the others are 10 min away on foot).
