Location, Location... Inspiring, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, oceanfront estate. Lawns, tide pools, gated property. Wake up before coffee and go snorkel or when the surf is up swim in the pool while watching dramatic views of waves and blowholes.
Incredible oceanfront views of the entire coast- (mesmerizing views from the living/dinning room, bedrooms, deck and front lawn.) Listen to the waves breaking. World-class North Shore location. On Ehukai beach between Waimea Bay and Pipeline. Short walk to the supermarket and Starbucks. Not on the main road (road noise is very uncommon in this area)
Dark wood kitchen, rich natural cork floors, one king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds and one full bed, private deck with outstanding views, three baths and generous private parking on the property. The 4th bedroom and 3rd bath are a separate studio with kitchenette, separate entrance, deck and is on it's own level in the house with exterior access to the rest of the house. Linens, towels, silverware... provided.
Steps away is sand, tide pools, some of the best snorkeling on the island, and blowholes. Miles of open beach to the right and protected beach and snorkeling to the left. A world-class coastline awaits you...

just wanted to thank you SO much for sharing your amazing beach house with us. we had a phenomenal time and checked out all the sights you recommended.
we will definitely let our friends and family know of your beautiful place in north shore, and please let me know if there were any details left unchecked upon our departure there.
again, thank you again for the memories...
Loved this property. On site gear to enjoy the water and beach, no need to rent or buy. Plenty of electronics with internet access and great TV and even movies if you need it. Clean, open and literally right on the coast. Snorkeled as much as we could handle and the beach to the east is a joke, literally seems fake. Out door shower to rinse so you don't have to track in all the sand each day, grill.....and the view from the back porch is amazing. The back porch made for one amazing standing desk and office when "work" had to be done. We have already discussed a trip back to this same location, when you find something so perfect why change it up? We did buy the AC as an addition and it was well worth it as they installed units in the home to be used in particular rooms. If you prefer sleeping in "cool" locations then I would say its a must. Other than in the bedrooms we didn't find much need for it as we were on the GO the remainder of the trip. Would suggest this place to anyone who desired a great stay on the North Shore.
We had a wonderful time staying here - amazing views, easy access to snorkelling, beach, grocery store, food trucks. It's a perfect beach house - relaxed and not 'precious', we didn't spend our time worrying about damage from a bit of sand & damp feet from the beach. Steve was super helpful when we needed anything (eg replaced the non-working coffee pot immediately after I emailed him). Loads of beach & snorkelling gear to use - reef shoes (vital), beach towels, body boards. We were a family group of 9 adults (grandparents, parent & adult kids) and we all loved the deck, the views & being able to walk easily to local facilities. We also enjoyed the easy access (even with the heavy weekend traffic) to Waimea valley, Hale'Iwa, turtle beach & north shore area (we had hire cars).
Young adults (staying downstairs) used their aircon. Upstairs the living area & bedrooms caught the breeze & generally the ceiling fans were enough to keep the place at a comfortable temp (although elderly grandparents were happy to have aircon in their bedroom). Only thing that might be an issue for some people - the stairs (even to the downstairs studio). None of us found them a problem but some might.
We just returned from a great time on the North Shore. The location of the house was fantastic. The house is about 4 houses away from snorkeling at shark's cove and a 15 minute walk to a great beach and snorkeling location at Three Tables. We had some minor issues with the house such as 1 set of washer and dryers not working at all, a dryer that ran out of propane so it wouldn't heat, and snorkeling gear that wasn't quite working . The propane issue was resolved. Luckily we had our own snorkeling gear. The property manager took care of the issues that needed to be resolved. The property would have 5 stars if some of these minor issues were resolved before we arrived.
There is a lack of good restaurants in town but there are food trucks everywhere. Stop by the Beach House for a higher end meal.
Location, Location, Location. We are a family of 6; parents and older teenagers. Having 5 beds worked out really well for our group. Especially the separate sleeping quarters downstairs for the older teenagers.
This place was absolutely ideal. Oceanfront, Waves crashing on the rocks right in front of you, Sandy Beach just a short walk from the house, Grocery Store and Food Trucks less than 5 minutes down the road. And having some beach chairs, mats and Boogie Boards there at the house was a bonus. Our contact, Steve, was great throughout the reservation & stay process. He was very responsive and flexible in working with us.
With regards to a couple of the negative reviews on this place, keep in mind this is not the Four Seasons. It’s a beach house on the North Shore. The Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Beds are all fine, they serve their purpose. They aren’t shabby, but it’s not Marble Counter-tops and 1200 count Egyptian linens. In my opinion, the North Shore is about the Vibe outside. This place has everything you need and its located in a pristine spot. Highly Recommended!
We had the most wonderful time staying in Ehukai. The property was super with really fantastic views. There was 10 in our group and the space downstairs was ideal for my grandson and his family (4 yr old and a newborn). We really enjoyed the nearby food trucks an Waimea Falls. Would recommend it to all. Mahalo and Aloha
The ocean view of the house is great. If the weather is good, sitting at the lanai and watching the sunset is a great experience. However, the house is not well maintained. I had the same impression as the previous guest Christine. If I saw his review, I won't book this house. The sofa looks dirty, window looks dirty as well...
When we checked in the 1st day, the light in the master bath room is broken. I tried to call Steve, but no one pick up the phone. Then I wrote an email. Steve responded quickly and get it fixed the next day which is good.
However, the 2nd day there is no hot water in bath room. I wrote an email again, because no one answers the phone. Until the evening, Steve gets attention of this issue, but it is too late to send a fixing guy. He came to the house and adjusted something and asked me to try it again 40min later. We tried, but still no hot water. So at that no one had a shower!
Till the 3rd day, we have the hot water again. But don't it is fixed or it is because there is enough sun shining that day. However, at that day we found the wash machine doesn't work....
Overall the staying experience is very very bad...
