Guestbook comments from the owner

Our first trip to a catered chalet however our third holiday in La Clusaz. From our initial enquiry which was dealt with by Lisa who was so helpful, I felt like I had to visit this Chalet.

When we arrived it felt like we were visiting friends, although they were professional at all times.

Amazing food and drinks , it was so nice to have our son well fed and in bed prior to our wonderful meals being served.

Ski in ski out was perfect. After the first day of my panic trying to get our 5 year old son down the slopes (me being very nervous).... no problems the team just offer to drive you down to the class with ESF. Perfect.....

I did try a lesson with ESI which was also fantastic.

The team of Andrew, Danni, Richard and Alice were so warm, friendly and so accomodating. They made you feel so relaxed.

We would love to return asap.

Thank you to all the team you were amazing.

Sue Scott and Cameron sends a high 5 !!! xx

A fantastic experience all round

  • 5 of 5

We visited with family over new year 2016/17. This was our second trip to Chalet Pano. (It's easy to see why so many guests keep coming back.). We had yet another fantastic experience. The facilities are super. But the greatest aspect of our trip on both occasions has been the attitude and approach taken by the staff. Nothing is too much bother - they are always helpful and attentive. Food is super (and plentiful)! Lisa and Simon ensure that everyone is well looked after from the oldest to the youngest!

La Clusaz is a gorgeous town - lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Skiing to suit all abilities and the chalet is well linked with a great ski school. Chalet is ski in ski out- v handy for teenagers enjoying their independence.

New Year's Eve was fantastic with a great group of visitors! Interesting chats, stunning fireworks, fab music (thanks Jack), champagne (lots!!!) and dancing!! What more can you ask for!!!! Would recommend for all the family- enjoy!

Beautiful chalet, exceptional location

  • 5 of 5

This is a wonderful place to stay. Lisa and Simon are the best of hosts, attentive and friendly. Every need can be met, and they'll never leave you without a drink in your hand after a long day on the piste. This is also a great place for a non-skier, with snowshoes to borrow and spas near by to keep you entertained while family and friends are skiing. High recommended.

Perfectly Positioned

  • 5 of 5

Back for a second year. Lisa and Simon had again formed a great team to ensure we had a relaxed holiday. Fabulous cakes by Emily and tasty meals by Andy ensured we were well fuelled for a day on and off the slopes. Plus, Dan, Millie and Sharnelle were all on hand to keep things running smoothly and telling us tales of their own exploits on the piste. The beds and linens are really comfortable as are the sofas. Ski hire is easy as Dan runs you down to the shop and returns them at the end of your stay. Great relationship with ESI who come to collect you for your lessons at the boot room. I am confident this will not be our last visit. The best way to book is to call Lisa direct on 01534 863630!

All as perfect as per usual!

  • 5 of 5

Great to be back at the Chalet Panoramic! We love this place and everyone there! They go to so much effort to make sure that everything is perfect. We had the most wonderful week skiing in perfect conditions coming back to a lovely relaxing GnT in the hot tub and a lovely group of friendly guests to chat to over dinner. Wonderful food too! Special thanks to Buzz for his culinary delights! See you again! Well done Lisa and Simon you can be proud of your 'petit équipe'!

A Little Gem

  • 5 of 5

For once you can believe all the hype on their website. It really is on the piste. Lisa and Simon really do go "that little bit extra" in their attention to detail and looking after their guests. We will certainly return as had many of the guests who were there during our stay. Meals were excellent and the "free" bar was well received, but not abused. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The property was cleaned every day and the welcoming chocs in the bedroom was a lovely touch.

What do I look for in a skiing holiday?

Easy travel. Good snow. Ski-in, ski-out. Friendly people. Excellent food. Comfort.

This place has it all - in spades.

From pick-up at the airport, their thoughtful, helpful approach is clear. They add nice touches like collection and return of hired gear, pre-arranged passes and lessons, toiletries & robes in the room, a warm boot room and a piste-side hot tub.

The food is absolutely top-notch. A great breakfast sets you up for the day, freshly home-made cakes welcome you back in the afternoon and canapés are served with pre-dinner drinks. All this is topped off with superb dinners and good wine.

The skiing is excellent with an efficient lift system and there is good food on the slopes. (If you hadn't guessed, I do like food).

The pretty village is only a short walk away with a good selection of shops - and restaurants!.

I’ll be back!
