The apartment is located in the Marina de Albufeira just 15 minute walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Albufeira Old Town often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.
Quiet and peaceful, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.
The apartment benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children.
Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning marina and sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double bedroom and one double sofabed, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
Lounge,with 1 ample sofa bed which converts to one double bed for extra sleeping, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen LCD television, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, 2 windows over looking the pool and the marina,patio doors to balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with bosch appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and window overlooking swimming pool and marina.
The sleeping arrangements provided are 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, sofa bed in the lounge.
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television which receives several english TV channels a DVD player and CD player, Internet Access WiFi (free).
The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hairdryer sockets, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
The bedroom has 1 double bed, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the swimming pool and the marina, patio doors to balcony, security safe.
4 chairs, 1 table and clothes airer.
Changing room and bathrooms near the pool, sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.
Private place marked in the underground garage for one car.
There are lifts in the apartment building.
24 Hour security service in the building such as all floors, garage and pool area for your safety (security included in rental).

Rental weeks: From Saturday to Saturday (In high season). Short stays allowed from 3 days.
Down payment / Deposit of 30% requested for reservation, the 70% remaining (final balance) is paid on check in.

Refundable Security deposit of 250€ requested and is payable with the final balance, and if there are no breakages or damage will be returned to you .
Supplement for heating and cooling maybe requested, depending on the season.
