Our stay at can pascoli was just perfect. The outside space is amazing and we loved relaxing by the pool and having bbqs in the evening. Plenty of natural shade for our 2 young children. Inside space is perfect for a family of 4 no frills
Spectacular views from the roof terrace. Guilliem was attentive without being intrusive. We loved every minute and would highly recommend.
This was the perfect place for myself & my children (9&12)
We found the property so easily and we're greeted by the owner very shortly after arriving.
The house is small but perfectly formed with everything you need in perfect working order. Extra towels for use throughout our stay too.
The air con was very welcome after the hot days.
The pool was bigger than expected and so clean with the most wonderful backdrop of mountains. The grounds are very well kept with a big driveway for parking.
A quick 15 min walk in to town was lovely and we definitely needed our torches for the walk home after dinner in the town. But it felt very safe and was easy.
Our neighbour, a cute donkey, was very friendly, and the kids fed him daily.
Days on the beach with afternoons and evenings by the private pool made for an idillic holiday.
We hope to return next summer.
perfect holiday villa
We had the most wonderful holiday. This villa is perfect with lots of shade, a roof terrace view over the breathtaking mountains and a fantastic pool. It's an idyllic walk through country lanes to the atmospheric town of Pollensa which has fantastic restaurants, a Sunday market, great bars and tapas. Guillem is a wonderful host and was really helpful suggesting places to eat, visit. The villa and its location is very special. Our best holiday and a place we want to return to. Many thanks .
We had a great week at this villa and would definitely stay again. Fantastic communication and support from Guillem. The villa was spotless and well set up for our stay. The lanes leading up to the villa can get very tight so you may struggle in a people carrier or a mini bus. We managed ok in a Nissan X Trail but I think any bigger and you will struggle.
Peace, comfort and stunning views.

We were pleased to find Can Pascoli quite easily, as the lane is opposite a sign to Pollenca, off the Ring Road, (though beware the ever narrowing 90 degree bends up the single track access road!) It is quite secluded and quiet, being up a dead end road, surrounded by countryside, studded with Cypress trees and the mountains are only a few hundred yards to the North. The Puig De Maria (monastery topped hill), is visible, especially from the roof terrace. The peace and green space around you is very relaxing, as is the pretty garden. Also it is good for bird watching. We saw Black Vultures, mostly distantly, but unmistakeable, and Eleanoras Falcons, also mostly distantly until our last day, when constant cries from over the rocky ridge suddenly got louder as two Falcons flew quite close! (Our best views of these unique Falcons was from the car Park in Sant Elm, way down South, from where we took the ferry to Sa Dragonera Island Nature Reserve.)
We loved the good sized pool , and even at the beginning of May were able to swim, with only a few moments to get used to the unheated water. We didn't really cook there, as we went out for our main meal, but there is a full sized oven and a microwave. No baking tins, so you couldn't do cakes. We found that most restaurants catered for Gluten Free, with El Giordano on Pollensa square, producing a lovely g- free baguette for me! The vegetarian restaurant (Bellaverde) in Puerto Pollensa, even did really creative vegan meals, making them Dairy free too, plus gorgeous soups and inventive desserts, many of which are gluten free. The choice of excellent restaurants of all types is amazing in the area! We used Trip Advisor to find those that suited us. La Cabana, on the sea front in P Pollensa, has a Gluten free Tapas menu.
The shower has good water pressure and instant hot water. Once set, the temperature didn't fluctuate. You just had to remember which way to turn the taps!
Guillem was very responsive to requests for info or help; the electricity went off once, and he was there within 20 minutes to inform us it was a local power cut, so all would come back on soon.
The beds are extremely comfortable, and we found everything we needed in the quality house. There is no longer a sheet changing service mid way through a two week holiday, as some folk have previously reported. You have to do it yourself.
Second stay at this wonderful villa - don't bother looking elsewhere if you are after peace and quiet, a fantastic large pool, wifi that works and 'Ned' the donkey in the field next door. No need to wrestle with parasols; drag your sun loungers under the trees and relax in the spectacular countryside. Don't forget the roof terrace for a spot of star gazing at night too! Thank you for another lovely holiday.
Pollensa is situated on north coast of Mallorca.
Golf: The Pollensa Golf Club is open to non members. The challenging 9 hole courses have been described as some of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, with a clubhouse, a restaurant which also welcomes non-golfers, a swimming pool, rental of clubs, trolleys and golf cars also available. Tuition can be arranged and there are regular tournaments.
