Imagine you are driving down the winding road, miles from traffic lights, miles from the office, miles from the hassles of everyday life. As you pass through the gates of T-Lea Farm, you are entering Seventy-three acres of country paradise. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A GATED COMMUNITY! It is a private cabin nestled between the mountain on the property.
Usually there is Apple Pie with Ice Cream in the Freezers, as well as All the ingredients for S'mores to have at fire.... Adults, there is brandy on the counter for a warm fire evening.
Soothing Views from deck that wraps around the cabin overlook mountains and our pastures. The sunset is breathtaking as you prepare a meal on the grill. The horses graze while you take it all in. Serenity Awaits as you pass through our hay fields where a graveyard sits from the settlers of the 1800's. As you continue on, you will see our five-stall horse barn and pastures that hold Sterling, Silver, Sapphire, Ruby, Rizon and Scarlet, our precious horses. They love carrots and apples; you can stroll down from the cabin and visit them as often as you want.
Luxury is what you will find as you enter our three-bedroom cabin. The master guestroom is on the highest level, with a king bed, and a private restroom. The other guest rooms consist of Queen beds and a main bath on the same floor; one with a down comforter, the other with a feather bed. Cozy and comforting.
Please note that in addition to our regular rates, there is a $100 cleaning fee, a pet fee if applicable and a 14.25% TN tax

40th Birthday Retreat
We, being 3 couples came to T-Lea Farm for the celebration of one of the ladies 40th birthday!
She wanted to visit this area to see some waterfalls. We decided to rent T-Lea Farm, and was delighted in the personal efforts of the owner Tammi. We communicated several times by phone prior to the visit. She worked hard to give us a "family visit" kinda of feeling about coming to T-Lea.
As you read in most of the Reviews, the cabin is set up for your stay with things such as paper products, staple goods right down to a well stocked first aid cabinet.
While 1200 Sq Ft might sound small this cabin had plenty of space for 3 adult couples!
Travel time to stores in Tellico or Madisonville is 15 minutes for things you might need.
Our group brought motorcycles to ride to look at waterfalls. Then we rode the curves! There had been a lot of rain recently which is great for the falls but made T-Lea drive way and extra parking for trailers near the horse barn tricky. But we managed it without bogging down.
The horses greeted us from day one and then every time we passed the long white rail fence.
We did have some issues with the Wi-Fi. Angie the caretaker of the property along with the owners Tammi and Tobi were quick to make contact and work with us on the issue.
Overall our group enjoyed our stay here very much and would consider staying here when we visit again.
If you want to be in a rural, private, quite setting, with personal contact with the owners, here is a great place to check out.
Picture perfect, peaceful, more than we hoped for!
From the moment we could see "our" cabin, beautifully decorated in Christmas lights, tucked into the side of a mountain, our family screamed with excitement. As we drove up the winding driveway, with horses on both sides, we could hardly take it all in! As we entered the cabin, our children raced from top to bottom claiming their rooms. Our oldest teenager took the downstairs suite with her own bathroom. The other children divided themselves up between the two rooms on the main level and my husband and I shared the master suite upstairs. Per our welcome letter, we called Angie and she delivered us fresh eggs within minutes! We even tagged along to church with her the next morning. The peach cobbler she made for us was the best I have ever eaten! Our children loved exploring while walking on the mountain trail, just behind the cabin. My favorite part was snuggling into my blanket in front of the fireplace. My husband enjoyed the views from the front porch. The cabin was fully stocked and made preparing meals a breeze. The owners were very kind. Booking was fast and easy. We only wished we would have booked for a longer stay, we did not want to leave! This cabin far surpassed our expectations.
One of our best trips to date
There was everything at the cabin you would need and more. Everything was where you would think it should be.
We loved being greeted and escorted out by the horses.
Thank you for another memorable trip to the Mountains.
Jeff, Thanks so much for the review, I hope you come back! Could you send your direct email to firstname.lastname@example.org

Best family vacation home ever!
We had the best time ever. This was my families first vacation. The house was beautiful and we never had so much fun in our lives. We relax for the the first time in a very long time. It felt like home! I have never seen anything more beautiful. Thank you beyond belief to allowing us to stay in your home for the week, We are already booking next years trip!!!!
Wonderful place to stay!
My wife and I stayed at your lovely cabin last week and could not have enjoyed it more. Our two dogs loved the extra room to run in front of the cabin. The cabin is well stocked and is surrounded by trees and mountains so you do not want to leave. It is very peaceful and quiet but only about 15 minutes away from Tellico Plains and the Skyway. We plan on going back next year as well!
I almost forgot too mention the wonderful 4 wheeler trails that are around the property. Bring your own or rent the owners.
Thank you for visiting Tlea Farm.
Please come again and experience all that nature has to offer.
Thanks for renting your lovely home to our family.
The log cabin was nestled on the edge of the Cherokee National Forrest. It was surrounded my majestic mountains and flowing streams. Plenty of Bedrooms with plush pillows and hand made quilted comforters. The fire pit was massive with loads of cut fire wood for our campfires. Long winding driveway for our truck and trailer. ATV rides through the logging trails to the top of the mountain provided magnificent views of the farm and surrounding country side. You can see for miles in every direction from the view at the top.
The farm was clean and well stocked. The care taker Jennifer provided fresh eggs from her roost. Toby and Tammi provided us with a full stocked fridge and mini bar all included. Plenty of towels and stocked snacks, sodas and icecream for us and our kids.
I would definately reccommend this place to my family and friends.
We loved to grill on the stainless grill on the deck and visited the Tellico Grains Bakery for delicious treats.
White water rafting was a blast too.
Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven with us. We;ll be back
