Two bedroom town-house on a popular and well-maintained complex

Set on a new complex, this quiet town-house enjoys an enviable position looking out over the large pool and sun terrace. It has been furnished in a comfortable, modern style and has large, patio windows which bring the outside in and which allows for an al-fresco holiday lifestyle.

The Polis Gardens complex has five swimming pools laid out in landscaped gardens (including a toddlers pool). The large swimming pool for this property is (almost!) literally on your doorstep.

A 5 min walk takes you into the centre of Polis with its quiet laid-back charm and to its varied eateries and traditional tavernas, therefore a car is unnecessary, however is useful for exploring further afield.

Sleeps 4 (2 bedrooms).

Why B2: This town-house is around three years old and enjoys off-road parking.

It has been lovingly furnished in light oak with two, two-seater settees and decorated with comfortable fixtures and fittings. Huge patio doors allow the outside in and the fly screens fitted to these doors and all windows keep annoying insects out whilst affording views of a large, stunning swimming pool and the sun terrace situated just beyond your own private patio.

If you enjoy a glass of wine or two when on holiday, the town of Polis is a few minutes walk, so even the designated driver can partake in the celebrations.

Because this town-house is within walking distance to Polis, a car is not essential and collections can be arranged from Paphos airport at a fraction the price of the local taxis.

Beach and villages:: Polis beach is a five minute drive away as are the beaches connecting Polis with Latchi. There are a number of EU designated blue-flag beaches with life-guards on duty.

The Paphos area has a number which are within easy access and well worth exploring. Coastal villages such as Argaka and Pomos together with inland villages like Kathikas, Steni and Drouisha offer fresh, local fare at a fraction the cost of the main tourist areas. Many are proud of their heritage and have small museums giving an insight into local crafts and traditions. The mountain villages of Kathikas and Droushia also offer a retreat from the coastal heat on the hottest days.

Further attractions: : Within an easy distance to the Akamas peninsular for walking, bird-watching, cycling etc... Bikes can be hired locally. Polis, with its pedestrianised central square is well-catered for restaurants, tavernas and bars as well as shops, supermarkets and banks.

For nature lovers, the conservation area of Lara Bay is a short car journey away. Lara Bay is a protected beach and one of the few areas in the Mediterranean where Loggerhead and Green turtles lay their eggs.

Amazing stay, we absolutely loved this apartment with the pool so handy and peaceful surroundings. We also really enjoyed being in Polis and walking through the village.

Did day trip to Pomos; nice drive along the coastline. Also had dinner twice down in Latchi harbour which was lovely, especially to watch the sunsets.

We came over from New Zealand for a wedding so really enjoyed this beautiful weather and lounging by the pool. We would be coming back over and over to stay here if it wasn't on the other side of the world!

Fabulous apartment, had everything we needed.

lovely townhouse.

This lovely townhouse was exactly as described, and just what we needed for a relaxing holiday, and excellent base to travel. It was exceptionally clean with everything you need, and the location so near to the pool was fantastic, you just stepped out of the patio!! We were very well looked after by the agent, who was on call should you need anything. The town of Polis is less than 10min walkaway, and your spoilt for choice for places to eat, all authentic.

We really cant wait to book again for next year.

wonderful house and location

thank you for great time in this lovely townhouse, it is so peaceful but with everything on hand to make it a wonderful base for exploring or just relaxing, the house is exceptionally clean and well appointed. Steve and Julie always on hand if you need anything.Welcome pack a lovely idea after a long journey too.

we look forward to returning to the lovely town of Polis, and will not be looking to stay anywhere else other than this townhouse.

The town of Polis is probably the jewel in the crown of Cyprus. Relatively undeveloped, and occupying a prime location overlooking Polis Chrysochous Bay after which the town is named, Polis provides a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere in which to enjoy a 'chilled' holiday.

Along with the nearby village of Latchi; the area offers a wealth of things to see, do, eat and drink. Quite rightly famous for its cuisine, you will be spoilt for choice on where to eat, drink and be merry.

This charming town house occupies an enviable location close to one of several swimming pools but is not too close that you will be disturbed by noise from the pool frivolities.

Set on the ever popular and well maintained Polis Gardens complex, this property allows you to do without a car for a week or two, being close enough to the town centre to walk in to your favourite eatery.

Golf: Cyprus currently has 4 international class golf courses with several more in planning. The closest course to Polis isTsada (Minthis Hills) which is around 30 min drive away. Further details can be provided on request.

Ski: Cyprus is re-known for being able to ski in the morning (in Troodos Mountains) ans sunbathe in the afternoon. Troodos has a number of pistes which regularly get sufficient snow to Winter ski.
