Enjoy enchanting views across Brixham Marina and out to Torbay from the lounge window of this charming Victorian apartment. High celings, spacious accommodation and comfortable furnishings make this ground floor apartment an ideal base for your holiday in Brixham. Portway sleeps 5 people in 2 en-suite bedrooms.

Accommodation briefly comprises:

Large lounge with bay window overlooking Brixham Marina and Torbay, 2 large squishy sofas, table and 4 chairs, fireplace, TV & DVD player. Large master bedroom with high quality bed and en-suite shower room. Large fitted kitchen with gas hob, fan oven, dishwasher and washing machine, dining table with bench seating. Door to outside rear courtyard with table & chairs. Rear bedroom with a double and single bed separated by curtain and en-suite shower room. Small outside terrace area at the front with seating and views across Torbay.

The great location on Berry Head Road could not be better situated for easy access to the popular Breakwater Beach and Breakwater Bistro opposite. A short stroll to the right will take you to Shoalstone outdoor pool and lido (free entry - May to September only) A further 15 minutes walk to the right and you are at the famous Berry Head nature reserve with its panoramic views over Lyme Bay, and its lovely visitor centre & cafe.

A 15 minute amble to your left along the coastal path takes you to the centre of Brixham with its myriad selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. From Easter to the end of October regular ferry services operate from Brixham Harbour to Torquay, Paignton and Dartmouth.

Parking - there is space immediately outside the property for loading / unloading - maximum 15 minutes. A permit for Brixham Marina multi storey car park is also provided. This safe and secure car park is located 2 minutes walk away. We will need your car registration plate number at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
