The main bedroom has a king bed with duvet and luxurious egyptian cotton bedding, TV and ensuite bathroom. There is plenty of room for a cot (available on request) should this be needed. There are two further bedrooms, each with double beds, duvets and luxurious egyptian cotton bedding, TV with built in DVD (plays DVDs only) and black out blinds.
Both the ensuite and main bathroom are fully tiled and have large mirrors and heated towel rails. The ensuite has a large walk in shower, WC and sink and the main bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and sink.

The location is spectacular, just moments from the beach, Scarborough's renowned open air theatre, Peasholm Park, Sea Life, crazy golf, beach huts, skate park, surf school and the Alpamare waterpark. Restaurants, cafes and shops are all close by (some are on the ground floor of the Sands itself). If you want to wander further afield, the town, shops, Castle, playground, cinema, theatre and amusements are all within 1 -2 miles pleasant walk along the sea front or on the cliff tops. Regular buses are available from outside the building if you prefer.
(Please note that our property is to the rear of the building. Whilst it does not have a full sea view, it does benefit from a quiet location and the afternoon/evening sun.)
