This property enjoys a fantastic location in the seaside town of Bexhill-on-Sea in East Sussex. In recent years the town has benefitted from millions of pounds worth of redevelopment which has seen the restoration of the magnificent De La Warr Pavilion. This iconic seafront building was built in 1935 in a striking Modernist style and now functions as an exhibition space a live music venue a theatre and a community building. Another interesting attraction in the town is Bexhill Museum which tells the story of the town s history including its role as the birthplace of British motor racing. Further afield the historic town of Hastings lies just five miles away and can be accessed along a seafront cycle path. The main living space of this comfortable property is the located on the first floor of the building where there is a spacious lounge. This is a light-filled which has two large sofas for guests to relax on perhaps whilst watching on the TV/DVD. Outside there is a first-floor balcony with a table and chairs which is accessed through the kitchen offering guests a pleasant space for enjoying al fresco drinks or meals.
