This property enjoys a central location in the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne. Lying just across the parade from the property is the town s wide shingle beach which gives way to sand during low tide and offers visitors the opportunity to hire beach huts on a daily or weekly basis. The lifeboat museum is situated on this part of the beach as is the historic Wish Tower one of 74 Martello Towers built along the south coast during the Napoleonic Wars. A little further down the beach visitors will find the town s famous Victorian pier which offers a range of venues from a chip shop to a jazz club. This handsome ground floor apartment has its own entrance from the street which opens onto a pleasant hallway with hanging space for clothes and a handy console table. A door leads straight through to the tastefully finished lounge/kitchen/diner which is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy spending time together. A dining table sits in the bay window behind which there are two large sofas which are arranged around the attractive feature fireplace which has been embellished with an eye-catching feature wall. There is also a TV/DVD player here for guests to enjoy. The kitchen is set back from the rest of the room in its own area. This contemporary space is well-equipped and offers an oven hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washing machine. A doorway from the lounge opens onto a hallway which in turn leads onto the bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom guests will come to is a relaxing twin room which has a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Towards the back of the house guests pass the shower room with its double-shower and WC before coming to the master bedroom. This is a light-filled king-size room with dual-aspect windows and an en-suite WC. There is an exterior door towards the rear of the property which opens onto an enclosed beautifully paved patio garden with a table and chairs. There is restricted roadside parking to the front of the property for which a permit for one car is provided.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location
We had a lovely stay at the Bay Tree Apartment. It is ideally located within steps of the water, great shops, and Devonshire Park. The apartment is roomy. There were four of us (all adults) and we had plenty of space.
