This apartment enjoys a central location in the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne with its wide beach famous Victorian pier and bustling marina. There are plenty of restaurants bars and tearooms including several venues located in the restored pier. Just half a mile away is the iconic Grand Hotel where non-resident guests are able to enjoy afternoon tea dinner or perhaps book a spa day. The town also marks the beginning of the South Downs Way and visitors won t want to miss the stunning two-mile walk to Beachy Head. Other attractions in the local area include Drusillas Zoo Park the historic town of Lewes and Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway.
