Character Cottage close to Padstow and beaches and local attractions

Coachmans Cottage is an exciting new property that will be introduced to the rental market in early summer 2018. This semi detached cottage is perfectly placed in the pretty hamlet of Little Petherick which is just 5 minutes drive into the lovely town of Padstow. Ideally placed closely to many of the local attractions and fabulous beaches of the north coast but with the huge benefit of lots of off road secure parking which is usually a bit of a problem in this pretty part of the country. We have recently been granted Premier Status by Homeaway which is based on property performance and high customer satisfaction and only offered to properties that meet that criteria.

Coachmans is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom property that comfortably sleeps 10 guests but also suitable for smaller parties. The ground floor of the property has slate flooring with underfloor heating and exposed beams. The living area is separated from the dining area by a large inglenook fireplace with double faced wood burning stove. Doors lead from the dining area to the patio and garden/BBQ area.

The kitchen is of modern design and has two ovens, induction hob, dishwasher and granite work tops. Separate pantry cupboard and downstairs cloak room lead off from the kitchen.

The rear garden is fully enclosed and separate from the front garden and parking area. This makes it very safe and secure for young children and is very private.

The first floor accommodation has three bedrooms, one containing a king size bed and two further bedrooms that can either be used as twins or double. Oak flooring to all bedrooms and underfloor heating. This floor also has a large family bathroom containing a large wet room shower and Japanese soaking tub.

The new second floor contains two king size bedroom suites with ensuite shower rooms. These rooms have contemporary exposed beams and vaulted ceilings. Both of these bedrooms have access to balconies with far reaching views, an ideal spot for a morning coffee or evening G&T!

Approached by electric gates, Coachmans is set back off the road and has parking for 4 cars. However we are also very close (2 mins) to the bus stop which will take you into Padstow town; so no need to take the car if you don't fancy.

Walkers will be pleased to know that we are directly opposite a foot path that joins the Coastal pathway and Camel Trail.

This property is currently under extensive refurbishment and has been described as it will be finished. We have a completion date of the end of April and full marketing photos will be available at this time. Should you wish to book but not be happy with the finished product in April we will offer a full deposit refund. Please don't hesitate to ring me for any information. We are also currently awaiting a decision on planning permission for a large double garage with extensive games room above, utility area and lockable bike storage area.

Coachmans is situated in a fantastic position. Near enough to Padstow for it to be a treat and take advantage of all this wonderful seaside resort has to offer (close enough to walk or bus stop almost at the top of the drive) but far enough away that you are able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and plenty of car parking and space to store your bikes.
