Coachmans Cottage is a semi detached cottage is perfectly placed in the pretty hamlet of Little Petherick which is just 5 minutes drive into the lovely town of Padstow. Ideally placed closely to many of the local attractions and fabulous beaches of the north coast but with the huge benefit of lots of off road secure parking which is usually a bit of a problem in this pretty part of the country. We have recently been granted Premier Status by Homeaway which is based on property performance and high customer satisfaction and only offered to properties that meet that criteria.
Coachmans is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom property that comfortably sleeps 10 guests but also suitable for smaller parties. The ground floor of the property has slate flooring with underfloor heating and exposed beams. The living area is separated from the dining area by a large inglenook fireplace with double faced wood burning stove. Doors lead from the dining area to the patio and garden/BBQ area.
The kitchen is of modern design and has two ovens, induction hob, dishwasher and granite work tops. Separate pantry cupboard and downstairs cloak room lead off from the kitchen.
The first floor accommodation has three bedrooms, one containing a king size bed and two further bedrooms that can either be used as twins or double. Oak flooring to all bedrooms and underfloor heating. This floor also has a large family bathroom containing a large wet room shower and Japanese soaking tub.
The new second floor contains two king size bedroom suites with ensuite shower rooms. These rooms have contemporary exposed beams and vaulted ceilings. Both of these bedrooms have access to balconies with far reaching views, an ideal spot for a morning coffee or evening G&T!
The rear garden is fully enclosed and separate from the front garden and parking area. This makes it very safe and secure for young children and is very private.
Our new garage houses a secure lockable bike store, with radiator, bike stands and drying racks. Here you will also find Coachman's utility area with separate washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Above we have a games room with full size pool table, TV and drinks cooler.
Approached by electric gates, Coachmans is set back off the road and has parking for 4 cars. However, we are also very close (2 mins) to the bus stop which will take you into Padstow town; so no need to take the car if you don't fancy.
Walkers will be pleased to know that we are directly opposite a foot path that joins the Coastal pathway and Camel Trail.
