This popular apartment is located on the third floor of the building and has magnificent views of the mediterranean sea.

It is a spacious apartment with 2 double bedrooms (king size beds in both) and a couple of bed settees in the living area. Quilts and pillows are provided for a maximum of 6 people. Bath towels and bed linen are not included in our prices but can be hired for an additional fee of 15 euros per person.

The living area is open plan with dining table, bed settee and a well equipped kitchen area with pans & cooking utensils, cutlery & crockery, small table-top oven, electric hob, 2 fridges (1 is a fridge/freezer) and washing machine.

The living area has double patio doors leading onto a good-sized open terrace area with BBQ and furniture for relaxing or dining outside.

The apartment has a shower room and separate WC room.

Parking - this apartment comes with its own private garage suitable for vehicles of normal height

NB taller vehicles and people carriers may not fit under the height restrictor but there is street parking immediately outside the building and a public car park just around the corner.

The apartment is located in the fishing village of Grau d'Agde and is ideal for those who love the beach during the day and a variety of good restaurants within walking distance for the evening.

Grau d'Agde is a family friendly mediterranean village located in one of the largest wine growing regions of France.

For those who enjoy exploring, the surrounding area has plenty of interesting and historic places to visit whatever your hobbies are:- wine tasting, oyster farms, watersports, canoeing, sight-seeing, walking and cycling.

The famous Millau bridge, Camargues and Medieval walled towns of Carcassone or Aigue Mortes are all within 60-75 minutes drive from here.

Bicycle hire is available locally from Grau d'Agde.

Travelling to this region is possible by rail, road or train - or why not combine your break with some time on a boat exploring the nearby Canal du Midi.

The nearest airports are Beziers, Montpellier, Nimes, Perpignan.

The closest rail station is Agde.
