This charming cottage is tucked away off Upper Green Road just around the corner from the village shop and green. The cottage is small and ideal for four people, however, there is a double sofabed in the lounge available for an additional charge of £10 if visitors would like to add another guest. The cosy accommodation includes 2 bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen and ground floor bathroom. Outside to the front of the property is a seating area with garden furniture. Unrestricted parking is available on part of Upper Green Road or in the car park next to the green. Within the village are local stores, post office, local pub, the popular Dan's Bistro and ‘Ganders' restaurant. About a ten minute walk is the National Trust Duver, with sandy beach and safe bathing. Enjoy lunch or sundowners at the famous ‘Bay Watch' waterfront café, with stunning sea views. The village green is an ideal place to picnic whilst watching the local cricket match and the children's playground is a great attraction. At nearby Bembridge you will find a range of village shops, pubs, restaurants, sailing clubs and harbour plus sandy beaches ideal for rock pooling and crabbing. St Helens is an ideal location for all year round holidays with so much to enjoy in the area including RSPB nature reserve, sandy beaches and country and coastal walks. The nearby resort town of Ryde features sandy beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and seaside attractions.
