You enter the grounds via a large wooden electric gate, up a drive whose length accommodates at least 4 cars.
The villa entrance takes you into a large split level hall which leads you up a short flight of stairs into the spacious open plan living space where you find a large fully fitted well equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and, further in, a spacious lounge area with 2 large sofas, wood burner and wall mounted 50" smart TV (with Freeview U.K. channels and access to Netflix). Each area has access to generous terraces; the kitchen terrace at the rear of the property leads down to the garden, the dining area has large sliding doors onto a lovely covered west facing 'naya' terrace, and the lounge area leads to a large dining terrace with gas BBQ. The dining terrace leads directly down to the garden and pool terrace.
From the kitchen, through an open arch, you are led to the guest w/c and a convenient external door for access to/from the pool terrace. Here you also find the internal stairs leading down to the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom. The family bathroom has a full sized bath, shower over, w/c and basin. 2 master en-suites house a/c, generous wardrobes, one with separate dressing area. One has double basins, w/c, bidet and spacious shower, the other a w/c, basin and spacious shower. Both have large sliding doors to covered terraces and direct access to the garden and pool. The twin room, in the original rounded area of the villa is comfortably equipped with a/c, wardrobe, drawers, beautiful arched windows and access to a covered terrace, garden and pool area.
THE GARDEN & POOL
Within the 1100m2 secure plot you have a thoughtfully landscaped mature garden with numerous olive trees, almond trees, carob trees, strawberry trees (Arbutus unedo), oleanders, estrelicias and a small, split level fish pond with a trickling waterfall. The 8x4 meter heated pool with roman steps boasts a generous sun drenched terrace with plenty of sun beds an parasols.
The villa is situated and built to fully enjoy the open south westerly views, sun and stunning sun sets over the hills beyond. Additionally, just a 5 minute walk away you will find a small but well stocked supermarket, local bars, newsagent, hairdresser and bakery. A 5 minute drive takes you into the town centre and beach, or if you wish to go on foot it will take 25 minutes.
Moraira is a beautiful, upmarket, coastal town with a popular marina. Originally a fishing village, Moraira is proud of its roots and still has around 5 fishing boats in operation and a regular fish market. Strict planning regulations have prevented high rise buildings, therefore it is a largely unspoilt town soaked in history yet offers many restaurants, bars, boutiques and as many good Spanish towns have, a weekly market. The family friendly, well groomed sandy beach has a well run cafe-bar, climbing apparatus and volleyball net. Families particularly enjoy rock-pooling at one end while the mature older visitors enjoy the provided sun beds and parasols along the front. Further up and down the coast you find other beautiful coves, beaches, and beachfront restaurants with fantastic original Spanish cuisine.

Due to the heated pool, air conditioning and central heating we regretfully cannot include bills. We will however arrange for meters to be read and charge only for use. We wish to ensure you are not limited by caps on usage.
