Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, cafetiere, saucepans and frying pans, tableware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, drinking glasses including non-breakables for use by the pool;
There are three double bedrooms all with ample wardrobe space;
The downstairs double bedroom which has sea views has a king sized bed and opens out to the swimming pool terrace through patio doors;
There is an adjoining shower room with a WC, marble topped vanity unit housing a wash hand basin and large shower cubicle;
A wide white marble staircase leads to the large first floor landing where there is a desk, hi-fi unit and wonderful views of the sea - from here you can access a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee and pre-dinner drinks whilst enjoying wonderful sea views and spectacular sunsets;
The master bedroom has a king sized bed is en-suite and has a large shower, WC, washhandbasin and a wall mounted storage cupboard. The bedroom opens out onto to the large balcony through patio doors;
Also upstairs is a twin room with two single beds, its own balcony and lovely sea views;

Adjoining the twin room is a family bathroom with a bath (ideal if you have babies or young children) and an over the bath shower, a WC and a marble topped vanity unit housing a wash handbasin;
The private pool and gardens:
The 8 x 4 metre private pool which is lit at night is bordered by south facing sun terraces, flowers, palms, pots and shrubs
There are six sunbeds with matresses for your comfort and parasols;
To the side of the villa there is a secluded dining terrace with dining table and chairs. It has lovely pool and sea views, is covered with a pergola and bordered by mediterannean plants and pots;
To the rear and side of the property the beautifully maintained gardens contain a host of palm and fruit trees, more lovely mediterranean plant and pots and a further dining terrace furnished with table and chairs, shaded by a large parasol and bordered by a large olive tree and hisbiscus plants;
There are many lights in the garden enabling you sit out at your leisure to enjoy the beautiful, relaxing surroundings;
The gardens benefit from a fully automated irrigation system so your job is to simply sit back and enjoy them;
Our villa is managed for us by Simon and Louise Mason who are happy to answer any questions you might have. They live in the village so know the area very well. They call twice a week to clean the pool and once a week to do a linen change.
The villa is only twenty five minutes from Paphos airport and ninety minutes from Larnaca airport. It is fifteen minutes from the lively town of Paphos which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and amenities to suit every taste.
Tala is a charming village with a number of small shops, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and traditional Cypriot tavernas where a warm welcome awaits you. The village square has recently been updated and pedestrianised and now also features two small art galleries and a church museum.
Tala amphitheatre is just up the hill from the villa and there are regular concerts and performances throughout the year.
A short drive from the village is the monastery of St Neophytos where you can see the caves where the saint himself once lived. There is a lovely coffee shop within the grounds and a small shop.
For beach lovers the nearest beach is a ten minute drive.
For golfers there are four excellent golf courses all within a twenty five minute drive.
Other attractions include water parks, diving centres, Paphos Zoo, horse riding, cycling, off roading in the Akamas and Troodos, go-karting.
Paphos is a world heritage site and is full of archeological sites including the world famous Mosaics.
No visit to the area would be complete without a trip to Paphos Old Town which has been carefully restored and hosted many European Capital of Culture events during 2017.
The area is dotted with small villages where time seems to stand still and there are a number of wineries where you can sample locally produced wine.
The whole area is simply stunning!
