Boxtree is a fabulous two bedroomed farmers cottage that sleeps 4 in the village of Dacre, near Ullswater Lake. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom which is full of character with an en-suite bathroom with deep roll top bath, basin and WC. A further double bedroom with a king size bed that converts into twin beds and en suite shower room, basin and WC Downstairs is a fabulous kitchen where you can enjoy making a home cooked meal and using the breakfast/dining room. The lounge has wonderful old beams and a cosy wood burning stove for you to unwind after a days activities. Boxtree is a fabulous house with private parking for 2 cars and a fully enclosed garden with garden furniture and a BBQ with stunning views. Amenities: Double glazing and oil fired central heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD player with selection of DVDs, iPod dock, digital radio and CD player with a selection of CDs, selection of books and games, Wi-Fi.
