This charming apartment is ideally located at the foot of the Savoy/ Brévent ski slopes and just 2 minutes walk from Chamonix centre. In winter, ski schools ( ESF) are just in front of the building.

Recently renovated, it offers a cosy and comfortable atmosphere with a chalet style ( logfire, latest equipments : ipod dock, large flat screen TV with international channels, WIFI, brand new beds, pillows, duvets, first quality bedlinen).

Its large terrasse ( 30 sqm) facing south offers panoramic views of the Mont-Blanc and the Aiguilles. It is set in a very calm and green residence.

It is ideal for one or two families or a group of friends.

No need for a car, you can do everything by foot : shopping, skiing, dining out, swimming, playing tennis, ice-skating, hiking, cinema, after-ski in town, etc

There are a private and secure garage as well as a private ski locker in the cellar.

Bed linen , towels are included in the price.

Beds are made before arrival.

Equipments: Washing machine+ dryer; dish-washer, microwave, oven, induction cooker, large TV, stereo base for ipod, 'acova' heaters in the bathrooms ( to dry towels), DVD player.

Outdoor dining table and 8 chairs.

  • The apartment has two levels ( duplex) : on the main floor are the living room, the kitchen, two double bedrooms, one showerroom ( with a toilet) and one bathroom, a separate toilet as well as a family room/playroom. A staircase leads from the family room to the upper level, where there are two children beds on the mezzanine and , separated by a door , a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. In the main double bedroom on the main floor, there are twin beds that can be joined to make a king size double bed.

A quality apartment

We had a fabulous time in this huge apartment in probably the best location in Chamonix. It's almost ski-in ski-out being at the bottom of the drag lift up to the gondola to the brevent ski area. It has a good size lockable garage in the secure car park, parking otherwise is limited. Within a few yards there are 2 excellent restaurants, a deli and a patisserie across the road, a bit further along is the Main Street.

The apartment itself is very comfortable and well thought out. It's beautifully furnished with quality appliances and soft furnishings, plenty of crockery and glasses (not the usual mismatch chipped stuff). The 3 bedrooms are big with plenty of storage and the comfiest beds ever, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets means no queuing. There are 2 balconies, the one off the lounge is massive and has a stunning view of aiguille du midi.

In 10 years of renting in France this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in - it ticks all the boxes. The wifi works great here too.

Wonderful Apartment!

We just returned from spending a week at Nathalie's apartment and we had a fabulous time. The apartment is in probably the best location in the entire valley - step out the back door and you can ride the drag lift to the Brevent gondola, step out the front door and the main shopping area is only a block away. Right across the street is a wonderful bakery, take-out restaurant and pizza cart. The apartment comes with a private locked garage space as well as a large ski locker. Now on to the apartment - it is beautiful. The beds are so comfortable and everything is beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are really nice. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The views from the balcony by the living room were amazing. The apartment is also very quiet -we never heard any noise from outside or neighbors. Nathalie made the booking process very easy, and the management company in Chamonix took care of all of our other needs as well - lift passes, guides, etc. We look forward to returning again soon!

Fantastique !!

This apartment was perfect for our large family of 7. Spacious , clean , VERY nicely renovated bathrooms, very functional kitchen .Close to piste's , shopping , restaurants and bus .If I was not there to ski , I would have spent the week on the balcony...the sun and the view were excellent!!!!.Great service from "Chamonix all year" , and owner was easy to deal with. Highly recommend this location , I cannot think of anything negative to say.

superb accomadation

great design ,the attention too detail is superb ,the photos do not do it justice ,we had 4 adults 3 children ,we gave the children the mezzanine which was superbly

designed,great main lounge, hd tv blue ray dvd nice sofa,the balcony was very

sunny ,my 8 year old son was learning too ski which was in our view ,i have been

too chamonix 6 times this the the first time with the family ,we searched high and low for the right accomadation ,this was it .location was great for the bakery ,ski hire

and nice bars it being in the north of the town ,the best area to be in ,club med is also in this area which goes too show it is in the prime location of chamonix.

the owner was very helpful ,as was the agent .I hope too stay there again

It was quiet in the evening but 5 min walk a way from there town ,superb

Superb skiing apartment.

This was an excellent apartment, fully equipped, larger than you realise, near the town centre, across the road from the ski slopes. Lovely beds, kitchen, bathrooms, all perfectly clean and maintained. We were met as we arrived by Nabila and her sister, so no panic with keys or finding the apartment. There was nothing else from a skiing holiday that we could ask for. I could even sit on the sun terrace with my "vin chaud" and wave to my family on the slopes. Hope to return, highly recommend.

- Brévent/Flégère ( 1095 m /2525m) : near to the center of Chamonix and to the apartment. A large area with pistes of all levels. La Flégère, which is linked to the Brévent by cable car, offers great off piste opportunities for powder lovers. Stunning views of the Mont-Blanc and the Aiguilles.

- Lognan/ Grands Montets ( 1230/3300 m) : dominated by the impressive Aiguille Verte peak, the Grands Montets is considered one of the foremost Alpine ski resorts due to its altitude, its North facing slopes and the powder fields of the Grands Montets ski area. Skiers from everywhere in the world come here to experience the 'Grands'. Although the off-piste is exclusively for extreme skiers, it also provides plenty of easy runs.

- Vallée Blanche : the famous Vallée Blanche with its 20 km run over the 'Mer de Glace ' glacier is easiest to reach from l'Aiguille du Midi( strongly advised to attempt it with an experienced guide). An unforgetable experience.
