Our bright apartment, thanks to the three balconies with large french windows, is a charming and elegant property in the historic centre of Palermo.
In our apartment there is a melting pot of styles, a spot where tradition and modernity find armony. The house comes with a large and bright living room (dining and relaxing area), furnished with particular taste, a dining area for 4 people, an elegant double bedroom with a full bathroom and a romantic bathtub, an extra toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and three balconies that overlook the streets of La Kalsa neighborhood. Another maisonette double bedroom is at disposal of the guests, with a futon for two persons. The apartment comes with heating and air conditioning.
We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. If interested, visit our website wonderfulitaly.eu or contact us and we will be more than happy to help you out designing an unforgettable holiday to discover Italian beauties.
Our apartment is located in the heart of the historical Kalsa neighborhood. it’s just few stones away from the Foro Italico seafront meadows, the "Cala" marina area, full of cafes and ice-cream parlours, and close to many historical monuments and cultural sites as Palazzo Steri, the Abatellis Museum, the Spasimo, the Botanical Gardens and many others.
Just outside the front door of the building you can mingle in the heart of the oldest Palermo district: alleys and squares, noble monuments and churches, clashing in harmony and contradiction with local market stalls, with their colors, aromas and flavors, including some of the city's best street food, and finally the city cultural soul of museums and theaters.
Finally, at walking distance from our apartment you can find several restaurants, and find yourself at ease both if you are looking for gourmet dining and for a typical local "trattoria".
Our apartment is at less than 10 minutes walking distance from the main railway station, also bus stop for the airport shuttle.
