About Samantha Roobottom
I moved to Conwy a few years ago and have completely fallen in love with it and can't ever see myself living any where else. Some days I have to pinch myself that I actually live inside the walls of a real castle. I am really passionate about the local area and would like all my guests to thoroughly enjoy their stay. I can advise on local attractions, restaurants, pubs, beaches, places to go with young children etc. I absolutely love history and have many books on Conwy for visitors to read while they are here. My favorite attraction is the Castle (which is where my husband proposed) closely followed by Plas Mawr. I am really looking forward to welcoming guests to this amazing town. Samantha Roobottom
Why Samantha Roobottom chose Conwy
My husband and I used to live in the property and we always said what a fabulous holiday home it would make. When I went on maternity leave after having our first child an opportunity arose to let it as a holiday cottage. The size of the property is unique to the area - the rooms are incredibly spacious and you have the benefit of being right in the town center over looking the High Street. One of our favorite memories was sitting in the living room when the Festival of Lights was on - we had no idea but just saw 20 or so men and women with torches marching past! The car parking spaces mean that your arrival and stay isn't stressful as it can be extremely difficult to find parking in Conwy during the summer months.
What makes this House unique
The four poster bed has to be the property's most charmful feature. It is a real wow factor.
