This spacious and recently refurbished property, dating from the 16th century, is spread over three floors and comprises:
FIRST FLOOR The property has a large, modern, and well equipped kitchen (including gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) and large dining table which comfortably seats six should you wish to eat in. The Lounge has a large flatscreen TV (with freeview), DVD player and a well-stocked bookcase of books, DVDs and games for you to enjoy. There is a washing machine and within the cupboard there is an iron, iron board, clothes airer and dyson. The downstairs toilet has a WC and sink.
MIDDLE FLOOR The Cariad room has a kingsize bed and spectacular views to the castle and St Mary's Church. The Llewellyn room has two impressive full sized single beds with views to Plas Mawr. The modern bathroom has a WC, sink, bath with waterfall taps and a large separate shower.
TOP FLOOR The stunning King Edward room on the top floor has a large king size bed with two velux windows looking towards Conwy Castle and the Estuary.
OUTSIDE The property has the added luxury (and rarity) of two car parking spaces for guests to utilise during their stay. These are particularly handy during the busy summer months and frequent events held in Conwy. The property enjoys a large balcony with unhindered views of the Castle with an outdoor dining table which seats six.
FAMILY FRIENDLY We have (available on request) a travel cot (with bedding), changing mat, high chair and children’s plates/cups should you wish to utilise these during your stay.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION No smoking property. There is free Wi-Fi throughout. The property enjoys full gas central heating. Freshly laundered and ironed bed linen and towels are provided and the beds will be made up ready for your stay.
