The apartment is a spacious one bedroom main door, ground flat. Everything is on one level making it very accessible. The flat has wooden floors throughout, with an outdoor area, through the French door in the bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at night if the weather is right! There is a dedicated work station for those who do some work away from home. The apartment sleeps 4 - there is a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.
We have a fully equipped kitchen for your use, wifi, central heating, hot shower with a separate w.c. The flat is very secure and safe with wrought iron railing and gate on the french door.
The flat is a traditional stone tenement located in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh. The flat is great for couples or solo travellers on vacation, or business travellers. We accept well behaved pets too with prior agreement.
Located just 3 minutes away from the Union canal and the canal basin - for a peaceful walk or to have a drink and food and watch the world go by.
Local amenities include: a wide range of restaurants and bars, small supermarkets, theatres, cinemas, bowling, swimming pool and library. You are a 15 minute walk from the west end of Princes Street or a 5 minute bus ride. You can walk to the castle and all the museums and art gallaries from here or you can simply jump on one of the many regular buses on your door step.

You will access the flat via a key safe, and a guest book will be in the flat for you on how things work - everything is easy and simple to work. Fountainbridge is central Edinburgh - you can walk to most main attractions within 20 minutes or catch a bus to all parts of the city just 2 minutes away. The tram and train station is only 5 minute walk away. The canal is 5 minutes away - a peace walk along the canal one way or walk 5 minutes to the Edinburgh Quay restaurants and pubs. There are many shops, supermarkets, cinemas and theatre all within walking distances.
