The space

This amazing suites apartment is located it the beautiful neighborhood of Barcelona called Gracia! It is super central, beautiful and calm area.

This cozy place is fully furnished and comes with: - 4 bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds- 2 bathrooms - Fully equipped kitchen- Living room with big screen TV- Fiber optic wifi - Baby bed and baby chair (under request)

Fully equipped kitchen comes with Nespresso machine, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster etc. You will not have to worry about anything in case if you want to cook!

The best part of this apartment is that you will be able to enjoy roof TERRACE and balcony!!! Can you imagine a better place to enjoy your morning coffee?

The flat comes with a personalised insider guidebook that I personally created. Since I live in Barcelona I know quite a lot, and this guidebook will provide you with a lot of insider information!

This place was recently renovated so it is super modern and cozy, the only thing which you have to do while staying here - enjoy your holidays!

Other things to note

Since we operate as a licensed tourist apartment, we comply with citywide 2012 regulations that require us to collect certain information and tax payments from our guests, like all hotels and hostels in Cataluña. A government-mandated tax of 2,50€ per person, per night is collected separately upon check-in (this tax only applies to the first 7 nights of your stay and to those 17 year or older). We are also required to collect some basic information on our guests such as your home address and a scan of your passport. Thank you for your understanding.


Dear future guests,

Let me know your arrival time as soon as possible so that I may arrange a smooth check-in. Check-in time is from 17:00/5pm; in case of early arrival we will try to store your luggage (depending on availability of cleaning staff and prior groups). Check-out is at 11:00/11am. For your ease, I will meet you directly at the property. There is an additional fee of 20EUR for check-ins after 20:00/8pm; 30EUR for check-ins after 22:00/10pm and 50EUR fee for check-ins after 24:00/12pm (paid in cash).

I ask you to treat this place the exact same way that you would want a guest to treat your own home!

- I do not host groups who are all 25 years of age or younger. If your group is 25 years of age or younger, please do not place a reservation without written pre-approval from me. Failure to do so will result in termination of your reservation and full charge of your security deposit.

- All guests entering the apartment at any point during the time of your reservations count as a guest and must be accounted in the reservation.

- Respect quiet time between 21:00/8pm – 8:00/8am. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbors or building management, the full security deposit will be charged and you will be immediately removed from the unit.

- Parties are not allowed. If this rule is not followed, the full security deposit will be charged and you will be immediately removed from the unit.

- Written pre-approval from me are needed for any commercial use or special occasions. (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photo shoots, etc.). Failure to inform me in advance will lead to a termination of your reservation and full charge of your security deposit.

- Please note that this is a smoke-free/drug free environment. If any smoking/drugs are detected either within the unit or in the common areas of the building, the full security deposit will be charged and you will be removed from the unit.

- No pets please. If any pets are brought inside the unit, the full damage deposit will be collected.

- Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

- Just to confirm that you've read over the house rules, please state "I've read your house rules" when making an inquiry or after completing an Instant Book.
