One bedroom apartment of 50 m² on the ground floor with garden and swimming pool
Two-room apartment of about 50 m² is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a kitchen complete with crockery, bathroom with shower, large private garden and communal pool.
Dogs are welcome, the apartment has a large private and fenced garden, where your pets can stay in safety. The private garden has a size of about 200 square meters, there is also a barbecue.
In the apartment there is a LED TV (flat screen) with satellite reception, a well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, fridge and freezer, American coffee maker, Italian moka, toaster, crockery), drying rack, safe box security and wi-fi connection.
In the garden there is 1 umbrella with 2 deck chairs and a brewery table with benches.
The bedroom is equipped with duvets, pillows, and mattress covers for cushions and duvet covers.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, bath mat and towels.
The house consists of 4 apartments, of which the one on the second floor inhabited by the owner's family during the weekend.
There is a common washing machine for all apartments.
For all guests, a large garden is located behind the house with a 7x4 meter swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from May to September. There is a private parking on the property.
The apartment is located in the quaint village of AER, a sunny and quiet place about 500 meters high.
The house is located about one kilometer from the town center (Gardola), where you can find shops, restaurants and pizzerias. You can reach it on foot in about 15 minutes, along the Via Panoramica. From here you can enjoy an enchanting view, the wonderful tranquility of nature and, at night, an extraordinary starry sky.
The car is absolutely recommended.
All guests of the hotel will be given a free "TIGNALE CARD".

EXTRA payable in cash upon arrival are:
- Tourist tax: € 1.50 per person per day (excluding children under 14)
- Heating: € 5 per day (optional)
- Dogs are welcome / surcharge 5 euros per day.
Admission must be agreed in advance, from 15.00 to 20.00.
The arrival after 20.00 has a surcharge of € 20.00.
The apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
You must have a document (identity card or passport) for each person staying in the apartment, according to Italian law, and children under 18 can stay only if accompanied by a parent.

Super Anlage für Familien!
Die Anlage ist schön gepflegt! Das Haus bietet alles was man für
einen Urlaub mit Kindern benötigt. Tolle Aufteilung und in der
Küche ist alles vorhanden, so dass man auch gut selber kochen kann
und nicht immer essen gehen muss.
Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal dort und fahren nächstes Jahr wieder hin!!
Ideale per chi ama la natura, Tignale ha anche molte attrazioni da offrire.
L'appartamento è spazioso, arredato in modo pratico e pulito, in estate piacevolmente fresco, e c'è un ampio giardino privato per i cani.
