The apartment consists of 2 master bedrooms equipped with a modern en-suite. The master bedrooms are spacious and contain a double bed. It also has a bed side locker and a large wardrobe with a rail to hang your clothes. The en-suite bath room contains a nice electric shower. It has a new sink with a good mirror over it and has a standard toilet. This apartment is on the ground floor so it is relatively accessible to any one with a disability. The kitchen and dining space is very modern in appearance. It has new everything. New oven, new sink, new fridge, new microwave, new coach etc. It has a fold out table for extra convenience when dining. You have access to all our pots and pans, so you are free to cook and prepare your own food as well as eat out in the many local restaurants that we can recommend. We have 2 double beds in the apartment. There is a nice modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need such as cooker, oven , stove tops , fridge, microwave , toaster and kettle. We will even provide tea and coffee for you and your guests.
The guests will be able to get the keys themselves and will have full access to the whole apartment.
We pride ourselves in the privacy we offer guests, therefore we operate a complete self service check in and check out. You can arrive anytime you want and there will be a code to let you in. If there is ever any questions about your stay or if a problem should arise during your visit, I am on call 24/7 to help guests feel safe and secure.
Drumcondra is a fabulous part of Dublin. It is a very busy part in the north inner city. Our home is walking distance from the spire (one of the main meeting points in the center of O'Connell street). The apartment is located a 2 minute walk from Fagans bar which is very busy on a Friday and Saturday night. It is also a short walking distance from Croke Park, which is the biggest stadium in Ireland, this is were the national sports of Ireland are played, such as GAA and hurling. There are many nice cafes and restaurants in the vicinity which we can recommend for you.
There is very easy public transport from the airport to out apartment. You need to get the 41 or 16 bus heading toward the city center and get off at Quinns bar and nightclub in Drumcondra. There is also an aircoach direct from the airport that can leave you at the bus stop beside the apartment. The house is very central and there is frequent buses every 5-10 minutes going to the city center and to the airport.
If you have a large group coming to Dublin, we can arrange extra beds and blankets for extra guests. There is parking available on the road outside the apartment, St Alphonsus' Rd Lower , it is pay and display from 7am-7pm and free in the night time. I advise everyone to park beside Fitzroy Ave, on Russal Ave and Whitworth Ave, this is about 5 minute walk form the apartment and it has secure free parking. I have a full detailed guidebook in the apartment waiting for you. This contains hundreds of my personal recommendations of things to do, things to see, places to eat, places to drink. Along with all this information I have provided plenty of maps and tourism brochures for a lot of the main tourist attractions in the city. Also contains a small piece about the history of Ireland and Dublin. It have also wrote out a list of the 20 best things to do while in Dublin city. Enjoy :-)
