When you book this on airbnb, you have full access to the whole apartment. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining and sitting room with an outside balcony. The apartment is yours for the duration of your stay , so you can get as comfortable as you like. Make yourself feel right at home.

This modern apartment has everything you need, a new kitchen. The kitchen contains all the essentials that every other kitchen has. You have an oven, stove top, micro wave, kettle, toaster and, fridge, sink etc. There is also all the pots and pans you would need to prepare any dish. It contains plenty of fancy glasses so you and your guests can pour the perfect pint of Guinness at home or make the fanciest cocktail you know how to make. If you's plan on having a party, don't hesitate to invite me, because I am a lean mean cocktail making machine :)

The sitting and dining room is very spacious. There is plenty of room to swing a bag of cats when you come home drunk. There are 2 nice sofas to chill on, so your extra guests can get extra comfortable. There is a good dining table with 4 super fancy chairs. There is a few magazines and interesting books around the apartment to keep you and your guests entertained. I also have a guidebook detailing all my personal recommendations of things to do in Dublin. The sitting room, is perfect to chill. If you like to spend a lot of time sitting, chatting, laughing and drinking fine Irish whiskey such as Jameson or Bushmills or taking it easy and enjoying one of the many local craft beers of Ireland. This apartment is the perfect place for you to spend your holiday.

There is a big balcony where you can blaze up anything you like to smoke. It is also great for chilling out on a warm Summers day. It is perfect for soaking up sunshine. It has a very scenic view of Santry park. There are big windows to give the room lots of bright light. There is a dining table and chairs and everything necessary for having dinner parties.

The 1st bed room is a master bedroom . It has good vibes coming at you from every direction. The room has a large wardrobe, where you and your guests can store all your stuff comfortably. It has a double bed and a large window that lets in lots of light on sunny days. It has a bedside locker and a lamp.

The second bedroom is also very nice. It is big and spacious. It contains a bunk bed and a single bed. It also has some interesting artwork covering the walls and a bedside locker with a lamp. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. It contains a shower, toilet and sink. Perfect for those midnight Guinness shits (you know what i'm talking about, or at least you will by the time you leave Dublin :) )

All of the beds in this house will come freshly made with clean linen and fresh towels laid out for you and your guests. So you can travel light and not have a care in the world. Consider your accommodation worries non existent when you book my place to stay.

The main bathroom is great, nice and big. There is a bath, shower , toilet and sink. There is also a towel rail to hang your towels. The bathrooms come completely stocked with soap, shampoo and plenty of toilet roll. We have a hair dryer you and your guests can use.

If you are coming by car, make sure you park in the visitor parking spaces around the corner from the apartment. They are bastards for clamping around the apartment block. You need to find the parking space with the letter "V" on it. Than you need to ring this numb(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and tell them the registration plate of your car. There is a 2 day per week limit on visitor parking. If you need to park for longer or have any trouble with parking, you can park in the hotel right beside the apartment (URL HIDDEN) costs 6 euro per 24hours.

The apartment block is very secure, so there is no need to worry about locking the apartment door, but it has a key lock that you can use so that you and your guests can go out and rest assured that all your valuables are safe behind a locked front door.

I pride myself in the privacy I offer guests, therefore I operate a complete self service check in and check out. You can arrive anytime you want and there will be a code to let you in. If there is ever any questions about your stay or if a problem should arise during your visit, I am on call 24/7 to help you and your guests feel safe and secure. Sometimes I finish work late, if that is the case no need to worry. You can arrive early and when I finish up work in the evening time I can come down and clean and prepare the apartment for you, usually I will be able to do it first thing in the morning but sometimes life gets in the way. Again I am very easy going and flexible, so if you have any special requests I am always very happy to help you get them sorted out.

Santry is a fabulous part of the Dublin. It is a busy part of the northside of the city. The local pub, the Swiss cottage, Is infamous around the locality and is a historic drinking spot for many famous people throughout the establishments long history. The food there is basic but pretty good also. If you are not into traditional Irish food , there is classic Irish take away beside the pub. They do a great battered sausage and chips. Santry park is a huge park in the heart of Dublin, it is beautiful place to chill out, play football, have a few drinks and enjoy the amazing Irish weather that we don't have everyday.

There is very easy public transport from the airport to my apartment. You need to get the 41 or 16 bus heading toward the city centre and get off at after about 3 or 4 stops. The apartment is basically located a 2 minute walk from the Crown Plaza hotel. So get of the bus at the Crown Plaza bus stop and walk toward the Crown Plaza. Alternatively it will cost about €6 in a taxi from the airport (Taxi drivers in Dublin are notorious for being miserable bastards, so be warned) . The house is very central and there is frequent buses every 5-10 minutes going to the city centre and to the airport. The apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk from a busy bus stop. It takes 5 minutes by bus to Dublin airport. It takes about 25 minutes on a bus to the city centre and to the world famous Templebar district. There are frequent buses to Templebar from right outside the apartment. The number 16 will leave you inside a traditional Irish pub and the bus driver will serve you a pint of Guinness as you exit the bus.

f you have a large group coming to Dublin, I can arrange airbeds and blankets for extra guests.

Along with all this information I have provided plenty of maps and tourism brochures for a lot of the main tourist attractions in the city. Parking :

If you are coming by car, there is free parking available around the corner. You must park in a visitor parking space that has a “V” on it. They are located around the corner from the building. Drive past the front entrance , turn left and turn left again, go down to the end and there is the visiter parking. They are bastards for clamping cars around here. You must text TEMP0632 followed by your car license plate number to 53133.


Sometimes it is easier to call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and tell them you want visitor parking in Parklands, Northwood, Santry. Then tell them you licence plate number. These numbers only work from an Irish number, so if you don't have an Irish number, you will need to give me 24-48 hours notice and I can call the number for you or get your hands on an Irish phone and call it yourself.
