This property is located just to the west of Brixham town centre and enjoys direct access to the coastal path running alongside Berryhead nature reserve. Just a few minutes from the town s Shoalstone beach it makes a wonderful place for beach-lovers keen swimmers and walkers to enjoy a relaxing break. The shingle beach at Shoalstone boasts a 53-metre saltwater lido providing safe swimming whatever the tidal conditions. Just a few more minutes walk around the coast will bring visitors to the town s busy harbour where they may wish to take a pleasure boat cruise join a fishing trip or take the ferry across to the neighbouring resort of Torquay. At the heart of this seafront period cottage is the spacious lounge/diner an inviting space with glorious sea views which can be enjoyed from the sofas and armchairs as well as the dining table. There is a TV here too with SkyTV package. The kitchen located off the lounge is contemporarily styled and is equipped with an oven hob fridge microwave and dishwasher whilst the fridge/freezer and washing machine are housed nearby in a separate utility room. A second lounge in the form of a snug room can also be found on the ground floor and with its TV and sofa bed it makes a great space for teenagers or two additional guests. The downstairs shower room with WC is particularly handy if this room is being used as a bedroom. On the first floor of the property guests will find two of the property s three bedrooms: a twin room and a double room with sea views as well as a bathroom with bath and WC. The master bedroom suite which enjoys wonderful sea views is located for maximum privacy on the second floor of the house with its double bed and en-suite shower room offering a walk-in shower and WC. Outside to the rear of the property there is a fantastic enclosed garden which is mainly set to lawn and offers plenty of space to relax and listen to the waves crashing as the coast-path lies just beyond the gate at the bottom of the garden. There is off-road parking available for two cars.
