Apartment in an excellent location, just off The Strand, within 200 m walking distance from the seaside, promenade, boat cruises, buses, taxi stands, boat ferry to Valletta, shopping centres, restaurants, tourist attractions, children’s parks and more. Valletta is within 15 min reach by bus or 10 min by ferry boat. The bus stop and boat ferry are just down the road from the apartment. The bus stop to Paceville/St.Julian’s is also that close and the ride takes about 5 min alternatively it’s a 20 min walk along the promenade. Direct Buses to other touristic destinations, such as Rabat, Mdina, Bugibba, Golden bay etc. also pass from the bus stop nearby.

Wonderful stay- loved this experience

My partner, my daughter and I recently spent a lovely holiday in Sliema at Alex and Erika's flat. The location was perfect- close to everything- site seeing, great restaurants, shopping etc. Alex thoughtfully booked a taxi for us to and from the airport. He met us at the flat and gave us a warm welcoming, as well as familiarising us with the accommodations, which were clean and nicely decorated! Alex suggested places to see and things to do which proved very helpful. That was my first trip to Malta and I honestly can't wait to go back. It was a fabulous holiday and I truly would recommend staying at Alex and Erika's holiday flat to anyone! What a great place, perfect location and fantastic hospitality! Thank you very much!

A fantastic place to stay in Malta

The apartment is very well located and super convenient to maintain. The apartment is bright, airy and quiet. It has a small balcony, which allows you to leave the doors open and have the pleasant sensation of being in a house. Is close to market, restaurants, bars and all the local shops. You can do everything on foot, there is no need for a car. In addition, the owners are extremely kind and accessible. The internet works fine. Surely, when I return to Malta I'll be back in the apartment.

Central,convenient location.

The property description was as described. A centrally located apartment close to the seafront (uphill coming back)and handy for the supermarkets.A local fruit and veg market right outside, a couple of days a week. The bathroom is new, incorporating the washing machine. Kitchen also has some new appliances. Adequate space and storage in the bedrooms. The apartment is in a block of 6 mostly residential, so quiet. 2nd floor and no lift, so 2 flights of stairs to go up. Having said all that we found it suitable for the 3 weeks we were there and you get what you pay for. The owner is on hand should you need anything and is very helpful. We even got taken to the airport! Would certainly stay there again.

we would like to join in our commentary on your apartment all those who rated it with five stars and thank you for your hospitality, your help and kindness.

We stayed here the last six and a half weeks and found everything we needed, even toys for our children.

We recommend your apartment to everybody who is looking for a clean, well-equipped and spacious flat from which one can fast and easily reach supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, ferries, bus stops, seafront, fantastic playgrounds and much more.

Our special thanks to you for an unforgettable trip around Malta and many useful tips you gave to us.

We hope to come to Malta again (and again) and - who knows - maybe one day our children will go out in Paceville together :).

Great location in Selima, close to Valletta

This apartment is well situated for the ferries, buses, promanade and shops. The facilities are good and the apartment nice and clean. Alex the owner was very helpful, even doing our transfers from and to the airport. He was easy to deal with via email and all aspects of renting this apartment was effortless. We will definately return in the future

Shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, beautiful beaches and a 3 km sea promenade are amongst the few of the tourist attraction. Sliema is beautiful all year round.

The Sliema seafront runs from St Julians in the north to near Manoel Island and Gzira in the West. For most of this distance there is a wide promenade with seating, cafes, children's playgrounds, public gardens, fountains. All bus routes run along the promenade.

There is a small strip of sand where Sliema meets St Julian's. The Sliema coast along Tower road consists of wide promenades fronted with flat, rocky beaches with water sports.

Sliema has some of the best shops. in an area called 'The Ferries' just a minute from the apartment

For more shopping also visit The Point Shopping Mall just 5 min by walk.

  • Both bedrooms are quite large and have spacious wardrobes; the main bedroom is air-conditioned and has its own balcony. The other bedroom has a large window overlooking an internal garden. For more than 4 people there is a large sofa bed which is very comfortable and 2 people will sleep really comfortable. If you have babies and young toddlers we can provide you with a cot, playpen, and a high chair. One more thing regarding child safety we also have child barriers on every window which can be removed if there is no need for them.

Notes:
The apartment is very central, the bus terminus is just down the road,from here you can get busses to all parts of the island. You can also get a Ferry to Valletta (it takes 5 minutes). Close to the apartment you will also find two large Supermarkets (one is even open on Sunday Morning) and a small fruit and vegetable market on Wednesday and Friday morning . The baker is very close and sells fresh Maltese bread and pastries. Within a 1-5 minute walk you will also find two shopping complexes and all major shops, restaurants, cafes and Budget take away shops selling pastizzi!. Close by there are also Hairdressers, Spas, a Hospital, Churches. Swimming is possible at various locations close by (within a 2 minute walk). There are also natural pools in the sea close by which are very convenient for swimming with little children. From just down the road one cab book Tour,boat trips, car hire, etc. It possible to take a boat to Comino, a harbour Cruise and various other boat trips.
