This house offers sistemation up to 8 persons in two rental units wich are renting as a single rental. Located in idyllic village of Kastelir ,on a hill 250 meters above the sea. City of Porec is just 10 minutes driving from the property. Sea is 8 km away. The house is built of natural stones. Exciting view from the hill, olive trees, vineyards – it is a perfect place for nature lovers, artists, and for everyone who wants to escape from the crowdy city. You can enjoy hiking, cycling, paragliding. The grocery store just in a few hundred meters, from the location. Local restaurants offer you traditional local -Istrian dishes and wines.
House has (130m2) in two properties (70m2 +60 m2) with a pool (21m2). It offers accommodation for up to 8 people. Consist of two living-dining room (with dining table and four seats), there is a small seating area and also a small kitchen corner (satellite Tv, WiFi internet, coffee maker), bathroom with shower, two rooms with a double bed and two further single beds. Large terrace, barbecue, private pool and parking.

Kastelir is less than 10 minutes drive from the sea. Two restaurants within walking distance and others are nearby. In the small supermarket next door to a butcher and a café are (for a morning coffee or beer / wine in the afternoon and an ice cream for the kids). Family Grebac offers in their small taverna on homemade Istrian products you may like to try. The fruits are grown and maintained on sunny slopes, and are processed with great care and attention to quality local products. These are gütemä? Pure olive oil and white wine Malvasia. Several wine producers are nearby. The village has a post office, a tourist information office and other shops. Larger supermarkets and a petrol station is 10 minutes drive away in Porec.
For such a small area as Istria there is so much to see. Besides the usual seaside attractions there are many attractive coastal towns and untouched stone villages in the hills.
Porec in the beautiful, ancient capital is a basilica from the 12th Century, which is a World Heritage Site. Many restaurants and beaches (10 minutes drive).
Rovinj - Rovinj is a jewel of the Adriatic. A beautiful, old coastal town, which is still totally unspoilt.
Groznjan - This beautiful village in the hills is an enclave for musicians and manual workers. There are charming craft shops, no modern discovery or fantastic views.
Novigrad - Beautiful coastal town up the coast, much as sleepy Porec.
Motovun - A perfect, walled city on a hill.
Pula - Istria is the largest city and home to the sixth largest amphitheater in the world. This is perfectly preserved and concerts are held here in summer. In Pula there are more Roman ruins.
Apart from the attractions Baredine caves are located just a few minutes drive away. Paragliding, horse riding, karting and paint-ball are also possible nearby. On the coast you will find the usual conversations like - banana boating, paragliding, boat hire and excursion, diving etc.
