Fantastic value. Free WiFi, Free Sky Sports and Free Sky Movies. This is a modern, recently built 4 bedroom (3 en-suite) 4 bathroom town house with marble and wooden floors throughout in an ideal location in Vilamoura. It is furnished to an extremely high standard and is fully air conditioned. If you don't wish to hire a car we have a local bus stop immediately opposite our house and one stop takes you to the Marina and Falesia beach. There is a timetable in the house. Wi-Fi available and free.

We have SKY+ TV including all SKY Movies and SKY Sports.

It has a BBQ/dining patio overlooking the large 15 m by 6 m pool which is only 5 paces from the house. Kitchen is equipped with Bosche fittings and is a pleasure to cook in.

Only 900 yards to 3 of the golf clubhouses ( Laguna, Millenium and Victoria) and a 4 minute drive to the marina area and beaches. Overlooks the Millenium Golf course and the sea beyond. Would suit golfers and families alike.

Entry leads you to the large open plan dinning area with solid wooden dining table with 8 leather seats, and large sitting area with new leather 3 seater, 2 seater and large armchair. Large LCD TV with DVD player and full SKY TV.

Pool: The pool is large, 15 m by 6 m and although shared with other residents is rarely used by them. Most of our neighbours either live there and take the pool for granted or use their houses as holiday homes. We have 4 sun beds dedicated for your personal use plus you can use another two of the communal beds. As our Villa is at the end of the complex you only have one neighbour. You also have great space directly in front and as the pool is only 5 paces from the Villa terrace it's easy to dive in and out without to much running about. Please have a look at our previous guests reviews. They rate us as 5 star and amongst the best villas in the Algarve. They will confirm that everyone who has visited us has enjoyed and would highly recommend our villa.

About Alfie Henighen

We are a family from Scotland who wanted a second home abroad to take advantage of the sun during our harsh winters at home. We looked at La Manga in spain before deciding that we preferred Portugal as the people seem much more friendly and Vilamoura is so diverse in offering a varied lifestyle for waterspouts, golf, beaches, nightlife and so much more.

We fell in love with this Villa as it was perfect for us, Right beside 3 of the golf courses yet minutes from the lively marina, The house itself is ideal as it has 4 bedrooms, two on the top floor and two on the ground floor separated by the level containing the kitchen, dinning area, sitting area and a patio with direct access to the pool which is only 5 paces from the house.

What makes this villa unique

Having the ability to lie beside the pool and soak up the sun whilst our kids can play safely in the pool right beside the house is perfect for us. If the sun is too much you can sit on the patio in shade, have a cool drink and still be a part of whats going on. The fact that we have Sky TV with all the movies and all the sports channels gives us an alternative relaxing feature which we would miss.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. Everything about it's furnishing was great, the kitchen had all the pots and pans you could need to cook up whatever dishes you want. The dinning room table had plenty of room for all of us (8) and there was evening a table outside. The pool was right outside the villa which was great as we could walk right out to the deckchairs. Alfie was brilliant, he provided loads of information before we went out, was quick to respond to any questions and also provided helpful phone numbers for taxis. The location of the villa is a bit away from villamora and ideally you would have a car but we didn't and it wasn't a problem. We were able to get a taxi for 1 euro each to take us to the marina/beach. Also it was only about 25 euros for a small taxi to get to albufera (which is where the best nightlife is). Would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone!

Downstairs we have the third bedroom which is also suite and has two single beds. And the fourth bedroom has a large double bed.

Good holiday

Our party really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it is finished to a high standard and the surrounding area, including the pool, was well maintained and very clean. The location was perhaps a little far from the town centre and amenities but while that may not suit everyone it was perfect for our extended family holiday.

The villa is a credit to Alfie, beautifully kept with large modern spaces/rooms with plenty of privacy. The pool is private with deck chairs for the villa. We absolutely loved our stay here... the villa/ Alfies help and his recommendations exceeded our expectations and really make our holiday wonderful. Would love to return asap , soo sad to leave.Thank you soo much Alfie!!!

A ( Luxurious) Home away from Home

We have just returned from a week staying at this Villa and honestly can say it was one of the most enjoyable holidays we have ever had.

The service that Alfie provided from the day we made our first enquiry was way above and beyond the call of duty - the information pack provided prior to arrival for example( listing taxi numbers/ local restaurants etc) and a phone call on the morning we arrived to make sure everything was ok was very much appreciated.

I think it has been mentioned previously but the photos on the website possible don't do the house justice, it is immaculate with 4 good sized bedrooms , 4 bathrooms and a huge living/ dining area, Air conditioning/ sky TV and Wifi was very much appreciated by young and old in our group.

Externally the pool was rarely that busy and the 4 dedicated sun loungers were also a big bonus.

Location wise its a few minutes drive to the nearest beach with 5-10 min to get to the marina ( allowing for traffic) we had a car to get out and about during the day and the local taxi that Alfie recommended provided an excellent service on the nights we went do to the Marina.

I would definitely recommended this property for any friends or family thinking of visiting Vilamoura.

We will be back !

If we had one bad thing to say about the Villa ..... we would be lying ! We had the pool practically to ourselves for the week ...... the place was kitted out even better than described ..... and the useful guide provided by Alfie covered everything we could have wanted to know. Nice and quiet if you have kids to get to sleep and yet just a few minutes taxi or a 35 minute walk from the heart of the Marina restaurants and nightlife ...... Alfies taxi recommendation would lift all 6 of us at 10 minutes notice by text. We weren't there for Golf but that was our loss because they are all around the complex and superb quality golf courses at that. Our biggest fear was that 6 of us would get under each other's feet for the week but the Villa is huge ...... 3 floors ....... it's bright, airy, modern, a real home from home ....... and we will be back !!!!

Our house is not that photogenic (or we are not very good at taking photos) and its amazing how often our guests are delighted when they arrive to find the quality, value and space is so much more than they expected. I believe if we could translate the quality of our house onto the website guests would pay a lot more to use it. However we are happy with our rental rates and the amount of guests who come back year after year tells us that we offer a great deal. The best recommendation you can get is from previous guests and we are delighted with our consistent 5 star rating. Alfie

Brilliant villa in a super location

If you are planning a golf trip to the golfing playground that is Villa Moura you must stay here. Perfect location so close to five great courses. With so little driving time there is always great opportunity to relax and cool off in the pool before heading into town. I couldn't be complimentary enough about Alfie's place. Do yourself a favour and book it now!!!

Vilamoura is a friendly vibrant town with a lovely marina full of restaurants and bars. It is also the home of 6 golf courses namely Victoria, Old Course, Pinhal, Millenium, Laguna and Vila Sol. Our Villa overlooks the 10th hole of the Millenium Course and is about 800 yards from both the Millenium and Laguna clubhouses and 900 yards from the Victoria clubhouse. Vilamoura is only 25 min from Faro Airport which is regularly served by Easy Jet, Ryainair and Jet2. The villa is only a 4 min drive to the marina and taxi's are easily available. It is a very pleasant walk and would take around 30 minutes. There is a tourist road train which runs on a loop around the resort and costs 2 Euro. It passes at the end of our road about 400 yards away and runs every 25 minutes or so. This can be used to go to the marina or various beaches in and around the resort. We have the perfect blend of being away from the noise and hub tub of the marina but also being very accessible when required.

Golf: Millenium, Laguna, and Victoria only 900 yards away.

Pinhal and Old course about 4 minute drive.

Vila Sol about 10 min drive.

Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo about 25 min drive.

Faldo and O'Connor courses about 25 min drive.
