This wonderful two bedroom property is set within gated grounds and is located in the popular Sovereign Harbour area of Eastbourne.
Views, views and don't forget the views... This apartment has a private balcony extending from living room to the master bedroom and gifts breathtaking views across the English Channel - morning coffee, lunch, dinner, you'll be finding any excuse to sit out here and gaze at the views.
Want some action? no problem! With the beach being literally outside your door you can take strolls along the coastline making your way past the pier, Eastbourne band stand and into town. As well as the beach, just a few hundred metres away lies the marinas 'Waterfront'. Here there are many tasty restaurants and cafes, as well as many retail shops, an Asda super market, a Cineworld cinema and much more.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and offers both stair and lift access and for those arriving by car the property comes with its own garage.
For families or friends sharing this apartment is a great option, it comes with two king-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has access to the balcony with views out to sea, as well as having an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has private access to the main bathroom and a Juliet-balcony.
If you also like to spend some nights in and enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine and all cooking utensils and cutlery.
The living room has three comfortable settees to choose from, each in prime position to gaze out through the sliding doors and watch as the ships sail by. If, for some reason, you manage to take your attention away from the views, the living room is installed with a T.V and DVD player. There is also an iPod docking station available.
All linen and towels are provided and for stays longer than a week a second set will be provided. The apartment also comes with free WiFi so any urgent work can be done.

The beach is literally over the balcony, and this modern, spacious and immaculate apartment provides an ideal base for families and friends to kick-back and enjoy life by the sea, or to be the foundations for explorations and adventures! Loads of history nearby - castle ruins, etc, plus the continental atmosphere of Sovereign Harbour (a very short walk away), with its cafes, restaurants, shops and cinema, plus boat tours.
